I tried to go into services and manually make sure the stuff for the app was running, I went into powershell to put in some code a youtuber had to fix it, I deleted stuff in the tokenbroker folder. I tried everything and it’s all for naught.
Also the exact same problem in the vid is happening in Microsoft store.
