xbox controller wont turn on :(

sooo!!! this has happened to all of my xbox controllers. the one in the video is also fairly new!! a month or two since ive bought it off of amazon. and ive googled it a billion times it feels like but none of the solutions r possible bc i cant turn the controller on!!! i bought a new pack of batteries and still!! so its not an issue w low battery power. why has this happened to all of my controllers? and how do i fix this? 🙁
