Sorry, I’m an non-xbox using dad trying to figure this out for my son.
Bought NBA 2k24 Series X/Xbox One game, but it’s coming up as not compatible.
Box says both Series X and One, but disc only says Series X. It was a sealed Amazon preorder purchase.
Any ideas?
