Welp, disc drive went out on my Xbox one

Woke up this morning and wanted to pop a game in to play. The disc drive would not take the discs at all so I tried another game and that didn’t work. I tried a bluray movie, that didn’t work. I tried a DVD, that didn’t work. Nothing will get sucked into the Xbox One because it’s not pulling in the disc. Went to open up my Xbox One and the disk drive and noticed a piece that was broken off of the disk drive which pulls the disc in. I just got this last year from a retro gaming store in my area and while most of my stuff I own is digital I do have some physical games that are only able to be played via disc such as Batman Arkham Origin and Telltale’s Back to the Future the video game. Now I can’t play these games at all without a disk drive. I don’t have the money for a replacement disc drive nor am I experienced with soldering out the motherboard. Welp RIP disc drive 😭
