Apparently there was a change in Xbox live’s system that merges Xbox live with Xbox Game Pass.
When I tried to pick a plan, I accidentally picked ultimate, then after that I very swiftly switched to Xbox Game Pass “for console” for $10.99
When I attempted to go any of the following games on the bottom that I’ve paid full money for, I won’t let me…
It says my subscription is active, but it won’t let me play multiplayer games I’ve purchased in the past (I know they are also on game pass as well, but here’s some examples): Minecraft, R6, Dead by daylight, etc.
These are the games I’m talking about that I’m not allowed to play without paying for Xbox Game Pass ultimate, are they all locked under Game pass ultimate now???
Please reply ASAP, because Microsoft support isn’t solving this problem through a phone call, I waited for a phone call, they said it would take 11 minutes, but it still has not happened for an 1 hour and 30 minutes.
And yes, I’ve tried every method I could think of fixing this. Restarting, checking my plan, changing payment methods, Hard resetting my Xbox, format restart, calling Microsoft, Xbox support. Nothing helped this.
If you any suggestions, again I need them ASAP.
