Does anyone know why my colours mess up when I change my resolution to 4K UHD?

Got gifted a 4K UHD Sony Bravia today and noticed when I went to the settings on my Xbox One S the menu colour changes and just looks horrible. I’m using the official HDMI cable that came with the Xbox, Any help would highly be appreciated!
