This review is mostly just text as there are plenty of pictures online showcasing the controller. Ill try to keep it concise.

    Pros:

    \-very low latency

    \-controller buttons feel really responsive

\-sticks are very smooth and re-center very quickly

\-the rubberized plate has good grip

\-back triggers also feel stiff and responsive

\-reinforced cable, so unlikely the connection would ever be a problem

    \-generally decent build quality

    Cons:

\-the shape of the controller is a bit different than the normal Xbox controller so depending on grip you may or may not like it

\-the D-pad is a little soft its pretty easy to fat finger more than one direction at once

\-the back “clutches” are useless: the clutches let you set how far the triggers go down

\-one of the HUGE no’s for me is the fact that the triggers have no gradient. By that I mean that the controller either registers the trigger as pressed or not, it functions more as a switch. Now this wouldn’t be a big problem if I only played games that require no trigger controller like an FPS or RTS etc depending on the game. Its basically impossible in my opinion to play driving games like Forza or even Rocket League at a higher level because there is no possible way go half throttle. There is no way to adjust this. The software for the controller both on PC and Xbox offer nothing as far as trigger adjustment except for the deadzone at which the switch activates. I also followed up by calling customer support where I was told there was no way to change it and there may be an update to the software later that allows you to change. Which prompts the question, if the hardware is there why isn’t it an option to change it? There may be more to the story, but this is all the info I have.

    Overall:

My overall opinion of the controller is that the its not worth the price for me. The software seems like its just meant to showcase things mostly, there are legitimate options in the software to change things but doesn’t feel super useful. At the time of this review I paid $99 for the controller. If it was cheaper I could probably warrant keeping it around to play with only for the games the full range triggers wouldn’t be needed, but for almost $100 its not worth it in my opinion.
