So I have an Xbox one s(not the digital version) and during last summer it wouldn’t start up. The console light turns on and then the screen would stay back. I have been able to trouble shoot it a few times then I could get it to start up. Now I tried to get on it and try to do the offline update. I have the update downloaded onto a usb drive and it’s plugged in. I started the offline update over 3 hours ago and it’s still stuck on the preparing console screen. How long does this take
