Anyone know what this sound coming from my disk drive is?

Every time I put a disk in it makes this noise. All my disks are completely undamaged. If I keep taking the disk out and putting it back in for 20 minutes it eventually works but obviously something is wrong. This has been happening for about 2 months now. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
