My first gen Xbox one won’t download fortnite I’ve fully uninstalled the game but when I try to install again it says it needs an update I go to update and it fails I click cancel when the update prompt shows up and the game just disappears from my library I’ve cleared my mac data I’ve reset my console I’ve factory reset my console nothing has worked not even Microsoft help or the Microsoft agents if anyone had this issue and know how’s to fix it please help me.
