I have created a second account for my son to use on my PS4, however, when I try to activate the PS4 as the primary console, the option to activate is literally not available. [Screenshot](https://imgur.com/a/JP1oZD9)
The account was only created a few hours ago. I have checked SEN and the account is not activated elsewhere. I’ve been searching and Googling for a while but I can’t find an actual solution. This is becoming very aggravating. Any ideas why the option doesn’t even show?
EDIT: u/iHelghan solved it! I was logging the account as a guest. In my defence, the option on the PS4 isn’t particularly clear as I technically didn’t want to create a new account. Anyway, I feel like an idiot. Thanks to everyone for the help!
EDIT 2: Some loser has gone through the whole post and downvoted every single comment. I had a request for help and these fine people were trying to help me. There’s no harm being done. Why waste your time downvoting literally everything?
