Spotify not letting me repeat or shuffle on console

I’m honestly just so lost in why Spotify on my Xbox sometimes just won’t let me repeat and or shuffle.
Anyone know what’s going on?
(The picture won’t show but the icons of both are dimmer and not like bright as they should be meaning they arnt working for some reason)
