As the title states, me and my brother were trying to play Black ops 2 split screen and since his account was never on my xbox we needed to add it and download it since that’s what 360 games require. When we go to download it we get the instant “Can’t connect to Xbox live” error and it just gives the same error over and over again. I’ve restated, emptied caches, removed and re added, changed DNS, and nothings working whatsoever. Any help would be appreciated
