Hello everyone. i was recently playing some Fallout 3 backwards compatible, and noticed my achievements weren’t syncing up. so, i went to microsoft forums, and a microsoft tech guy suggested deleting your account – so i did just that. and now, i can’t re download the account, so all my saves are locked behind an account i cannot get into. i have tried EVERY method or fix that people have suggested. list of things
i have tried : using mobile hotspot, using ethernet, clearing cache, hard reset of console, factory reset of console, tried chaning ip, tried changing mac, set up port forwarding, tried to download it on my 360, tried downloading it on my 360 with ethernet, and mobile hotspot. so, i went to speak with a microsoft agent, who’s telling me this is being ‘fixed’, despite this issue tracing all the way back to 2018, and maybe even earlier than that. does anyone have ANY suggestions. i wish never deleted the account, but i thought microsoft employees would know how their systems work before giving out advice, . thanks !
