One of my cats knocked my controller off my desk a while back and the d-pad has been like this ever since. The d-pad itself is still functional, but obviously feels weird sunken in like this. You can see in the blue circle that there's little metal tabs that I assume are supposed to give it resistance and springy-Ness but are now acting as clips holding the d-pad down. I've tried a bit to work it free, but worried about making it worse.
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!
