hey folks quilly here and welcome to
another episode of let’s play Rim world
it is a New Hope and in this episode
we’re checking out another creepy site
that has sent us a distress
call I think also it’s going to be time
for us to build our wall around the
Fallen monolith so that we can do some
research out here with a little bit of
safety I could Al I just box in a little
area of it but I kind of wanted to wall
the path so we’ll probably doing that
and the width doesn’t matter that much
right whether it’s super narrow or wider
it’s only adding a little extra material
to the end so I think we’ll make it
fairly generous with the area but that’s
all going to wait until we get
back you’re there Hope’s chilling at
home some food there I think you’re back
on I mean oh you I do have the the craft
turned on oh the Pug having it
now okay let me turn this back down
again still feel like we need a good
number of people on Craft we got to keep
those blocks coming especially with our
plans to extend our construction out

but we might want to strategically sort
of halt here if we can a little bit I
mean our wealth is going to just go up
because we’re just constantly producing
more Goods just just this um high
quality clothing is going to do that now
that’s wealth with a purpose right
wealth like Devil strand dusters flak
vests Masterwork weapons I mean that is
very very purposeful and useful wealth I
don’t if there’s something else we could
do to just decrease our wealth well I
mean I could take a bunch of our stuff
and set it on
fire we could go and set up the smelter
and just trash some of the old
stuff might not be a bad idea oh you
don’t benefit from production huh okay
so we’ll put

our chunks are going to get dragged
to although we still have a
manufacturing area and it sort of

it might literally be as good and it
covers the lower body and lets you wear

wealth maybe that’s when they’re going

that becomes a little bit more demanding
and we’re going to have to look into
things although a couple more rituals or
literally just one happy ritual and we
can do our Reformation I want to set up
the temple but I kind of want to start
on
this you know just standard we want to
do all the things all the time I’m going

necessarily cuz I need it and it is
going to add wealth never mind I’m
convinced myself not to um I was going
to say just because we it’ll give us
some flexibility about where to build

so again we turn off clean so it does

to 50% it doesn’t sell for much

clean up a little bit here theoretically
bring down our wealth a little bit not
much cuz the stuff we’re going to be
burninating here isn’t going to be that
valuable now that does take 7 ,000 or
700 it feels like 7,000 Watts it is very
expensive we might toggle this off
after but think we can run that for a
little while clear up a little bit of
shelf space that’s going to be

busy all the

here which we’d probably look to sell to

visitors we haven’t done research in
forever now research doesn’t add to
wealth as far as I know so maybe I
really should be prioritizing it
more but I do want these blocks being

we’re spending so much time doing this

that the aric figure roll to me is not
the most important thing ideally we
wanted someone with a social skill but

just for a tech print that won’t give us
anything instantly because we need two
Capra Tech prints and we’re also a
million miles away from actually
reaching that level of tech I think we
have to let that one go even though it
fills my heart with
sadness it really does oh let’s go and
build our mortar

Machining table that builds the
artillery
shells

do make sure we’ve got
some cloth parkas is right just the do
until H 10 sort of as a bit of a money
maker thing I think I’m still okay with

priorities and getting people to work on
the Machining table we might be able to

this is a good idea clearly means we’re
need more Sandstone blocks for
that block production yeah continues to
be a huge bot L I’m happy we got some
cleaning done

could just turn it off completely for a
bit but I’m worried about forgetting

although maybe the fiber corn is a
little labor intensive we’ve got the
other bit coming

can wait for it a tiny
bit geothermal um I think we go micro
Electronics first but then we might back
fill the geothermal to have enough power
to support it I’m going to turn off the
sewing for the fiber corn we’re going to
use this stuff I think it’s better for
the
work and I’m happy that you know we’ve
got so many
Planters because we need it cuz I’m
planting so much stuff I mean we don’t
have the uh the dandelion going on
anymore either we’re not going to
replant this so this is going to free up
a lot of time from the Planters and I
think that’s a good
thing little bit of break

and forbid this now so that’s going to

built which will just satisfy them the
fact that it exists is going to be
sufficient

going would also be helpful uh you make
sure you’re just using the high
explosive shells please it’s all we have
right now I don’t think we’ve gotten any
shells from anything else

also I’m going to have to go and put a
cut in the episode at this

some good heavy SMGs I I kind of may be
sad that we generated this many because
at some point I will want to make the
transition to assault rifles for range
um and if we want to take full advantage
of the assault rifles we’re going to
want probably a longer killbox or just
engage people a little further
along and if only one or two people have
assault rifles that’s not going to be an
impressive amount of
DPS although a lot of these like none of
these are mwork except maybe actually I
don’t know if you have any Masterwork
heavy
SMGs have the Masterwork chain
shotgun okay and ideological reform I do
strongly suspect we’re going to throw
in we we I would like a production
specialist especially as our crafting
gets higher I really want to get when we
get to assault rifles I really want to
get M work and with an inspiration some
legendary assault
rifles now I don’t know do we have a you
have a three mem limit when you set up a
fixed ideology do you still have a three
mem
limit when you’re
reforming cuz I’d like transhumanist
plus probably human Supremacy just
because of the production
specialist plus maybe the two anomaly
ones or maybe just pick up the first one
first
the lower impact one the ones where they
want
rituals maybe we do that then we can
consider um a further transformation
later maybe at some point we drop
transhumanism because we’re going
transhumanist in a different way oo
that’s maybe or at some point we drop
human Supremacy which we’re only taking
really for the production specialist
maybe longterm I mean it is one of the
best
specializations but we’ll see at some
point we don’t need the research
specialist
anymore we’re going uh I mean we’re
going to need it for a good long time
though because again if we take the void
ritualist I think it locks us at best to
fast for to slow research speed so we’re
going to go from very fast to slow we
can counter it by having a research
specialist yeah unless our First Reform
doesn’t do any of the Void stuff just
because it would slow down our research
so much and we have so much left to go
maybe I just throw on humans premacy for
the first one I mean we haven’t even
poked the monolith
yet that’s conceivable all right anyway
