Am I missing something in the settings to improve the speed. I have 500mb Internet and I can easily get 350mb on my phone over WiFi so I don't understand why it takes so long for the console to get up to speed (usually about 5 mins) it is hard wired to the router, any tips would be appreciated

What console do you have? Have you checked the cable? Have you tried wireless to see if there is a difference? Is any game active?
