I posted here about 2 weeks ago cause I couldn't get any of my games to work on the series x. I tried everything factory reset, clear data uninstall reinstall etc.
I then saw a random post to someone else's about wifi security settings. The older unit did not know about today's standards when it comes to security so it never saw me as a connected because it doesn't know about WPA (2 or 3) it really just knew open and WEP. So using that I used my phone created a hot spot with weak security or none and bang right in!
As soon as it downloaded my profile I quit the game reconnected to my regular network and all is still well.
I would be interested to know if this works for others!
