strategy this time get her to the second
form you know roll away basically don’t
even approach her yet charge the sword
wait for the balloon to start dissipate
and then try to hit her I got to hit her
four times with the with the sword magic
to to get her to stagger the problem is
after that I think I have no stamina so
I’m not exactly sure how I’m going to
fix that
um I think I want to change my flask
charges CU I don’t think I need as much
magic and I could use more healing for
the second
phase I think I want to
do nine and
five and honestly with the wondrous
flask I don’t think I need anything to
give me infinite magic use at all if I’m
going to be using the sword does
anything here buff the magic sword
who magic attacks so if I charge the
Dark Moon great sword and I use it would
this would this work would this do
increased damage with the Dark Moon
great swword a as it’s
charged
or I could do stamina recovery
yeah I could do either this this does
Bas stamina this does stamina recovery I
could do one or the
other got to know we’re consistently
hitting second form and that’s where I’m

hit then I can charge the sword and I

stamina and hits there but man she just
dodged everything yeah she literally
dodged everything and nothing I could do

her keep in mind this is is not my first
run where I could do jump R2 and stagger
her I just don’t have that I don’t this
sword doesn’t do that it’s a magic sword
it doesn’t have that property so I can’t
just jump R2 through everything she does

seem to work at all they just seem to be

idea how I’m going to beat her I’m just

first phase we’ve got down to science

first time I played this two years ago
the first phase was the hardest the
second phase was was
easier it was the problem was getting to
the second phase now I can’t even I
can’t even once I get to the second Bas
I can’t do [ __ ] could barely touch it

I tried to Poise it if it hit she would
have been stunned and she hit four times
she said 1 2 3 4 entire life bar and you
notice I was doing that I have the Poise
to do it I almost outp poised it but I
couldn’t survive it I hit three times
that was a stun right there that was
definitely a
stun no that’s not greedy that’s what I
have to do to win it I have to stun her
if I don’t stun her I can’t fight Toe to
Toe with her because she’s too fast and
she Dodges the swipes so I have to try
to stun her to get a chance

I find it crazy how easy the first form
actually
is I I tried to roll forward so she
would go this way the game rotated the
camera early and it made me roll towards
her so I couldn’t get out of the way and
there’s nothing you can do about that
that’s the camera not you that’s you
know I know exactly what I’m doing I’ve
dodged it a million times if the camera
rotates the wrong way you just lose you
cannot get out of the way of it so
whatever not going to get angry I know
how to beat this phase it’s not a big
deal
it’s kind of like this first phase if
you’re good with the dodging and you get
out of the way of it of the the uh
waterfall dance there’s really nothing
to it with magic but get in the way of
it I’ll start like any other build

get lucky I think that’s how I’m going
to eventually be beat her it’s going to

waterfall in second
phase that’s going to be my guess if
when I do beat her it’s going to be a
lucky run where she doesn’t do waterfall

got to think that there is something to
do with the second phase when she comes
out of the bloom that it negates stagger

and then I still hit her again and she
still didn’t stagger yet she was
staggering before so and she was closed
you could tell she was right on the edge
of a stagger so maybe at the very end of
her animation with the bloom all right
she’s still not getting any stagger she
has to fully be out of the bloom to get
stagger applied
that’s what I’m
thinking that’s what I’m thinking
anyway it’s the frost that staggers
that’s exactly what I’m hitting her with
the frost wave yeah this is the whole
the whole R2 attack is a frost attack
man well I mean let’s be honest with
these long froma fights but the real
thing is is the [ __ ] stamina you need
to get through the whole first form over
and over to get to the [ __ ] second
form like it’s such a [ __ ] thing to
get through this [ __ ] first form
again and not take a lot of damage and
you got to be perfect you can’t get hit
by Waterfall oh my

fault I need to realize that she got
stunned so I can do that the visceral or

again and start doing it again and then

here DC says I did this exact armor set
the difference is I had a bull goat
helmet not the magic horn your character
had so I had a little bit of magic buff
using that helmet since you’re doing
respect why not fight ragon as the Mage
we already did hobo X people I swear we
already did there’s a whole part of this
of my playthrough where I fought Godfrey
we beat him and then we fought ragon for
like 20 minutes I could get to past
ragon to Elden beast and I ran out of
time I could have done it but I was like
why do it why rush let’s wait let’s do
the other stuff which we did and now why
Rush why not do the DLC finish the DLC
and then the true ending is beating
ragon and the Elden Beast the end of the
game that’s what we should do there’s no
point I’m not doing another stream just
for one boss fight what it’ll be 15
minutes I a waste of time so we’ll save
it for after the DLC
Okay so
this concludes the return to Elden ring
run everyone I hope you enjoyed it it
spanned two years right it’s like 60
some parts took place no I take that
back it was 39 Parts took place before
in in uh 2023 and then as of tonight 60
or up to 64 parts so another 25 Parts
happened here in 2024 and man this was a
fun one if anything what I have learned
in conclusion I guess I should say here
let’s let’s do a little Poise in front
of uh melenia here hold on get these
[ __ ] messages out here so I can pull
out my sword okay if anything what we
learned is the magic run is dramatically
different from the run I did in the
first playthrough the first playthrough
was a lot of melee jump R2 abusing the
Stagger mechanics and using some
overpowered weapons let’s be honest I
did use two or three really powerful
weapons this run was all about
magic which in a lot of ways was very
very different from the first run had to
stay away and range and a lot of the
times that dominated a ton of enemies
and bosses sometimes it was a huge
detriment for bosses that weren’t weak
to Magic that could just absorb it and
take it on the chin thankfully I had
other kinds of magic such as the gravity
magic which would stagger or using this
Dark Moon Greatsword which allowed me to
then use these ice magic waves that’s
the only way I was going to beat melenia
because the Rocks were doing nothing and
the comet did nothing so thank God that
I had this other strategy
right really good stuff I had a great
time in my second run I want to say
thank you to everyone who watched last
year and this year on stream or on
demand and now I am 100% ready and in
position for the finale the Elden ring
DLC Shadows of the UR tree coming out in
mid to late March of this year in about
month and a half so we can give Elden
ring a rest because now I’ve done
everything to do besides the final boss
that was excellent that was super cool
I’m glad I did it that way that was fun
it was more challenging honestly than
the first run and it it made me learn
her patterns I had to learn how to dodge
the water fou or else I never would have
won so by dodging the waterfall that’s
how I mastered it and I did it all in
one night in two hours right if you’re
watching On Demand by all means leave
some comments on the video what do you

the play through did you like the second
run did you like it more or did you not
like it as much as the first personally
I I liked the game playay better I
didn’t like you know I didn’t do all the
exploration of the first run I skipped a
lot of optional [ __ ] that wasn’t needed
or wasn’t fun for me in the first run
but
man this was uh a great run in my
opinion I really enjoyed myself I hope
you guys did too so I will see you all
in about a month and a half for Shadows
of the UR tree right here on DSP gaming
I’ll be here the day it comes out
playing it all day long I promise you
that I will be super stoked and excited
for it and I hope you guys will join me
for it um come June come late June
but for the second run return to Elden
ring magic run thank you all great
absolutely entertaining Fun Run and I
can’t wait to do it all again in a

check out another Krabs treasure it’s a
game I’m playing right now it is a Souls
like it’s not from fromsoft but it plays
like seciro and Dark Souls together plus
it has Elden ring elements in it which
is really neat I’m six hours into it but
I’ll be playing that for the next
several weeks I like it and it’s growing
on me the more I play it some of the
optional bosses are super cool because
you don’t have to fight them up front
but I’m CH taking them on just like I
did tree Sentinel in this right away at
the beginning of my playthrough two
years ago I didn’t doing the same thing
I’m taking on those optional super
bosses early and I’m mastering them and
beating them it’s a great feeling of a
accomplishment when you do that so I
hope you will check out another Krabs
treasure right here on the channel six
