Xbox not working

Every time I try turning it on it starts making these weird noises, you can hear them in the video. I have no clue why this is happening. It’s been happening for a bit now, but usually it just takes a little longer to start up. Now it just shuts itself off after a couple of minutes. The weird thing is that if I leave the Xbox plugged in, it’ll turn on overnight and make the same noise, while flashing the Xbox light. I have an Xbox one S, the white model and there is no disc as of now. Once in a while it’ll actually boot up so I can play games but it’s too infrequent to be reliable.

I’ve search for a solution online but I haven’t found any videos with the same type of noise. My friends think that the hard drive stopped working but I’m no tech guy.Any help would be appreciated
