Stream Wii U With Raspberry Pi?

I was planning on setting up Wii U drc-sim on a Raspberry Pi 4 Model B. Does the Pi have the necessary hardware to pick up the signal from the Game Pad, as well as be able to transmit it to the client on a laptop?
