Just bought my first Xbox One S, where can I get cheap disc games?

I just bought an Xbox One S for about $115 with one controller. I am trying to see where I can buy cheap games for it. I am not interested in keys because I heard that they may result in my store being banned due to region fraud and such, so I think disc is safer. I saw people saying that the disc games should go for around $1-$3 per game for the Xbox one, but when I look at eBay all I find is more expensive lots with no real games (sunset overdrive, halo, stuff like that…). I am located in NYC so any local options are good too, but I only ever see GameStop or Best Buy. Thank you!
