For context, I used to play this disc a bunch but always kept it in it’s case at room temperature when it wasn’t in the Wii U. It still plays just fine though.
I am not sure. Probably easier to tell from the other side though. From this angle it is hard to tell if just your art is coming off or if the data layer is affected.
Since it works I assume it hasn’t gotten out to the full game or hasn’t affected the data layer. I am not sure if it worked on wii games but you can look at the other side and kind of tell where the data was on discs back in the day. So if you see the silver part of the disc is affected by that and compare it to where the data is on the disc. It is also possible you haven’t used the part of the disc affected in game yet. Like, if the data was affected there and a certain tracks data was there it would only crash on that track kind of thing. Dependent on how they set the disc up.
