I think this is online only. When they did this with wonder, I went to the store and it wasn’t there. Online is different than your local stores.

FYI walmart also sells switch games for $50 and you don’t need membership like costco

Go to BJs and buy $100 Nintendo Switch gift cards for $90. Then buy the two Nintendo vouchers on eshop with the gift cards. It’s basically buy one get one for $45 but with a lot of extra steps
