The one in the top is the OEM im going to replace and the one in the bottom is the one I ordered. The connectors or ribbons or whatever it's called are a different shape and colour.
They look to have the same amount of connections. As long as it fits and works, the shape of the cable (except the connector at the end) and the colour don’t matter

my replacement looked different as well but ended up working great. make sure you take off the plastic bezel from the original screen and align it correctly on the new one too
