We’re trying to start the Xbox Series X for the first time in months but this is all it will display. Any ideas what’s happening?

You sure that’s the right hdmi channel? I have never seen this before.

I should probably clarify that my dad is the one that set it up, not me, and he’s insisting he’s done it correctly.
However I guess I can’t COMPLETELY dismiss the possibility he messed something up but he’s very adamant that he has not.
