Mafia definitive edition and state of decay lagging in cutscenes and menus

This issue just occurred yesterday and makes the cutscenes 1 fps and unwatchable but the gameplay is 60 fps, It also happened to state of decay 2 in the menus ingame. If anyone knows a solution please let me know
