This bug where all the pop-out windows has been going for about 6(?) months now on both W11 and 10 and is caused by what I believe, is steam big picture.
Contacted support and they said absolutely nothing useful and said to “consult a local computer technician”
I can’t access the store, community or even my own profile :/

Yeah, never had this happen, friends havent had this happen. I think steams custom support reply was their attempt at nicely telling you it’s probably your computer having problems

It is difficult to fix bugs that can’t be reproduced reliably by the devs.
