Get a second hard-drive and stop installing stuff on your desktop.
The non steam stuff is everything else on your system. Like your operating system windows.

Non-steam is exactly that. Everything outside of steam. If you have a large stash of locally stored pictures, or videos, or music files, you could clear some of that space by deleting that stuff. 126 gigs is definitely more than just Windows/system files would be taking, so you should have some non-essential stuff you can get rid of. But that’s also just a very small drive. Consider getting another.
