      Your system NAND is failing, it will continue to get worse until it would eventually just brick the system. Best course of action would be to homebrew your Wii U if you haven’t already, then follow this guide to use a SD card as a new system NAND:

      The second option is to use a NAND-AID and some soldering to replace the faulty EMMC chip with a SD Card internally.

      Those really are your only options unfortunately, if you don’t do anything about it, eventually your Wii U will just fail and be lost pretty much forever…

    2. It’s a failing nand only if it’s a Hynix nand chip. UDPIH using a raspberry pi pico can fix the console by cold booting to the menu and bringing it back. You can also check your nand from the recovery menu when you use USPIH.

      If it’s a Hynix chip, it’s definitely a failing nand. I’ve noticed that the menu titles get corrupt first and it worsens from there. The nand fix and nand aid options were mentioned already. These are the only ways.
