Gets to 31 percent and stops now there is an update and it’s slowly downloading. I have nothing on my playstation. I delete games and saves after I beat them.I have rebooted, Switched internet connections. Keeps saying can’t install. I am so mad.

Do you have sufficient space? Also try rebuilding database.
Ok try this then. Turn off your internet and install the game from the disk first. Then once that’s done turn your internet back on for updates.
Most times that I have had this issue this has worked for me.
I think it’s the disc. Especially if it was used because I’ve had two games run into the issue before
That’s so sad man I hope you can get it working
It could just be a bad disc with a defect from manufacturing. If you can’t get it to work I would try returning it.
