New Doom: The Dark Ages DLC Concept Art Explained
Hugo Martin has shown a brand new concept art of Doom: The Dark Ages DLC. The concept art depicts a region in hell covered in snow and ice. But how can there be ice and snow and hell? Well, Hugo Martin has previously said that in the DLC, Doom guy would be hunting the High Council of Hell. So, this location could be one of the deepest sections of hell, which might take inspiration from Dantis Inferno: 9th circle of hell, which is depicted as a frozen lake. It’s also possible that this might not be a location found in the hell itself. We know from Doom lord that hell is always looking to expand its region of domain. When successful, these outside worlds are absorbed into hell’s dominion, which technically makes them a part of hell, just like it will happen with Argentiner. So, this concept art could be depicting one of the deepest sections of hell, which is inspired by Dantis Inferno, or it could be a world that fell under the control of hell.
