POKEMON LEGENDS Z-A DLC ALREADY?! – MEGA DIMENSIONS
So, during the recent Nintendo Direct, we actually got some news for Pokemon Legends ZA. And while I wasn’t expecting it, and we’ll definitely make a larger video later, probably the weirdest thing tailed alongside the reveal of Mega Raichu X and Mega Raichu Y was that we will be getting DLC. And this one actually has a title being called Mega Dimension. And obviously, Hoopa is there because, you know, how else are you going to get to those other dimensions or something? Well, I’m saying that as if we’ll be traveling, which I guess I would expect. But yeah, uh while I think that DLC is something to be expected for Pokemon, it was never really a big part of Legends Archus. Yes, there was an expansion, but nothing to this degree. And also the fact that they’re announcing it like before the game is even out. I I don’t really like that because DLC always felt like the extra stuff, you know, additional stories. It was a real surprise with Sword and Shield and Scroll and Violet. It was a welcome addition. Like, if you’re going to announce it and have it planned out already before the main game is even out, like what is the point? Why would it not just be the post game? I really think that this could have been something that waited until like, I don’t know, January to be announced because, you know, we probably won’t get it until like next year. And I don’t think that you needed to reveal the Mega Raichu just yet because we already got some Mega Evolutions in the main trailer. So yeah, very weird. Sure, I’m going to buy it. Sure, I’m gonna play it. But I’m really not a fan with the prospect of brand new paid DLC for a Legends game. Not saying that like Legends games are less than the core games, but just that we know that there’s a lot more ahead with the Nintendo Switch 2 and the 30th anniversary of Pokémon next year.
