WWE 2K25: Legends Content Revealed!, New Locker Code, Free Persona Card, DLC & More!

In this video, we have all the details on the new Hall of Legends expansion, including the addition of Nikki Bella in Goldberg as new playable characters. We got the latest DLC previews ahead of the RG pack, a brand new locker code that comes with a chance to unlock some new Persona cards, plus 2K have announced a new giveaway where you can win 150,000 my faction points along with some of their realworld prizes. Before we get into that though, if you’re new to the channel and you want to stay up to date with all latest wrestling game news, then please do hit that subscribe button and turn on your notifications so that you don’t miss out on future videos. So, let’s start with the latest DLC previews where ahead of the release of the Archer pack, 2K have released two more preview videos with the first of these seeing the reveal of former women’s champion Victoria. The version of Victoria that we’re getting is somewhat of a mixture as the entrance video shows a classic version of a character in her original Pinkier that she wore for her RAW debut. Though the theme music used is her 2004 theme don’t mess with while her Tron is an earlier version from the time that she used tattoos all the things she said. Another thing that I want to point out was her hair. As speaking back in March, WWE Games creative director Lionel Jinx revealed that the team have implemented a lot of new technology when it comes to hair and that we’d start seeing this in some of the newer models with this being a prime example of that as the way the hair looks and how it moves is a big step forward. Moving on to the next of the DLC previews, we have the reveal of DLO Brown as posting on X, the WWE games account dropped his full entrance. [Music] The footage of DLO shows that we’re getting his classic attitude era look complete with his chest protector with this being the first time we’ve seen this version since the character appeared in 1999’s WWF Attitude as early games in the Smackdown series used his latest singlet while his most recent appearance in 2K16 seen him included as part of the nation of domination. As a result, the new version of DLO comes with a completely new entrance motion and his attitude theme, danger at the door. Much like Victoria, comparing Dlo’s model to photos, it’s another one that looks spot on. As unlike a lot of the recent legends that clearly used a recent scan with a new face texture, Dlo’s model looks much more accurate. With the release of DLo’s entrance, all of the DLC previews have now been released, and you can pick up the TDR pack later today. Before we move on, I also have details to share on a new promotion that’s coming to 2K25 as 2K have announced a special giveaway event that runs between September 17th and October 14th. You can enter the promotion using tickets that you can earn in game with these tickets then entering you into weekly draw where 5,000 players will win a locker code featuring 150,000 My Faction points and a CM Punk 10 Persona card. At the end of the promotion, three winners will also be picked at random to receive a John Cena Mattel action figure with two winners receiving the Mattel 2025 San Diego Comic-Con exclusive Ultimate John Cena and one winner receiving a Mattel 2025 Last Time is now John Cena ultimate figure. To enter the promotion, you’ll need to create and link a 2K account to the console that you play on. Then opt in to email communications on the 2K website. Once you’ve done this, you can earn tickets by playing matches in 2K25 with one ticket awarded for playing a match in any mode and another ticket awarded for playing a match in My Faction. If you prefer My Faction, you can play both matches in the mode to receive two tickets as well as earn an extra ticket for opening a My Faction pack. In total, you can earn three tickets per day, totaling 21 over the course of the week to help maximize your chance of winning. If you’ve yet to link your 2K account, I’ll leave details on how you can do this in the description along with a link to the 2K portal so you can check that you’ve opted in for email communications. Next up, we have official details on the new Hall of Legends expansion pack for the island as 2K have officially announced details of the pack, its contents, and the price. The Hall of Legends expansion pack is available from today for players on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and Nintendo Switch 2 with a new expansion including Goldberg and Nikki Bal as two new playable characters, a new Hall of Legends themed arena, new creation parts, and a new Legends themed story quest. Unlike the DLC packs, the Hall of Legends expansion can only be purchased in-game using VC with 2K confirming the price of the expansion is 50,000 VC. If you don’t have 50,000 VC available, you need to purchase the 65,000 VC option from the store, which you can get for around $20 or $18, and then use that VC to buy the expansion. Going back to the new characters, the version of Goldberg that’s included is the modern version of his 2K23 model, though it comes with his original WCW attire rather than his WWE one. In regards to Nikki, like Goldberg, the version we’re gaining is also taken from 2K23 as rather than include an updated model featuring her new look, 2K appear to have ported over her old model from 2K23. The only difference I noticed between the new version in the island and the old version from 2K23 was the shirt that she wears at the start of the entrance as a new version comes with a red shirt while the 2K23 version used a black one. The decision to port over Nikki’s old model instead of adding a new one is one that’s been met with a lot of backlash, especially given that the models are part of a paid expansion pack with many players criticizing 2K for this as they’re essentially charging for the models that were previously free. When it comes to Nikki, the other big complaint comes in regards to her hair, with many complaining about the shorter hairstyle, noting that even if you were to update her attire to match her current look, there’s nothing that you can do about the hair. Going back to the new arena that’s included, the Hall of Legends arena looks to be a take on the old Knight of Champions Arena as it uses an updated version of the old stage design that features banners of the different championships above the stage. For players on last gen, currently there’s no plans to release Goldberg, Nikki, or the new arena outside of the island as a press release notes that they’re exclusive to current gen consoles and can only be purchased through the island itself. Finally, to end on more of a positive note, to celebrate the release of the Attitude DLC pack, 2K have released a new locker code that rewards two new card packs and a Persona card to unlock the elite Cody Rhodess action figure. To redeem the code, you’ll need to head into my faction and select the locker code option. Then enter the code two words for you 2K. Once redeemed, this will reward you with one Heatwave pack, one res pack, and the elite Cordy Roads card, which will unlock the character for use in other modes. That injury is tough to look at, but guys, we know Cody will fight through the pain. And the top action figure doctors have cleared Cody for action tonight, and he’s ready to fight. To open the card packs, you’ll need to switch over to the store tab. Then choose the unopened packs option where you’ll find the new card packs. Of the packs, the US pack is the better of the two as it includes a chance of pulling one of 10 Persona cards. Though, from the pack that I opened, I didn’t manage to get one. So, hopefully you have better luck than I did. So, that’s the latest news roundup for WWE 2K25. Let me know what you make of it in the comments. And if you want to check out all the new DLC moves from the Art Pack, I’ll leave a link to that on screen. Until next time though, thank you so much for watching this video.
