NASCAR 25 Breakdown Pre Orders, Gold Edition, DLC, Season Pass, Gameplay, and More!
iRacing dropped some new information on NASCAR 25 today, namely about the pre-orders, the bonuses, the different additions of the game, and what you’re going to get with each one of them. So, let’s start breaking that down. So, starting with the standard edition, you get your 5,000 career bonus dollars, 5,000 career rep points, three additional paint schemes, and obviously the base game. So, standard edition, basic things that come with it. You will be able to ver purchase a season pass, however, for an additional $24.99 on top of the $59.99. That includes VIP employees, 10,000 career dollar bonuses, 1,000 rep points, and it will include three DLC packs featuring over 230 paint schemes. Now, the important distinction to make here is 60 plus 24 is $84. $85 exact. Well, $24.98. So, it is cheaper to buy the gold edition if you’re going to end up wanting these DLC’s. Now, the gold edition for $79.99 comes with your 72hour early access. So, that means you’re going to get the game on October 11th instead of the 14th. So, you’ll get to play the game earlier than anyone who doesn’t order the gold edition. I will personally be ordering that gold edition. This is really good information, though, cuz it does tell us that there’s going to be three DLCs for NASCAR 25. Uh they’re going to, from what it says here, they’re going to be fire suits and paint schemes. So, it’s not going to be any sort of pay to- win situation. you will get what you get and it will not be anything that alters the game on a competitive level which is really good. It’s hap good to see that NASCAR games and iRacing namely because they’re a studio now are keeping with not making their games pay to win just pay to have more depth and customizations. So that is all cool. So which version should you buy? As I just said, I will personally be buying the gold edition. Why? Well, it’s convenient to have that extra starting money in the beginning and to have it 3 days early for you guys allows me to record more footage and do my review of the game early. Uh, so that when most people get it with the standard edition, they’ll have an idea of what they’re getting. Uh, the other reason is just to have those DLCs, it’s good to get them in. I don’t always buy a NASCAR game every year. I guess I will if I’m showing it for you guys, but if you don’t aren’t someone who buys it every year, it might be worth it to just buy this one uh at the gold edition. But that is what we have for that. We have a gold edition coming out. We have a standard edition and a season pass. If you buy the standard edition, plan to buy the season pass, you might as well get the gold edition. The only time you shouldn’t do it is if you can’t afford the extra 20 bucks, which I understand it’s tight where we living, then get standard edition. And if you want to get the season pass afterwards, feel free. But gold edition is a pretty fair price. Most games nowadays are going for 69 to 79 bucks without any DLC’s tacked on. So, it’s a pretty good deal. I didn’t add this into the video yesterday cuz his information just dropped today. All we knew is that the pre-orders were happening on September 18th.
