DLC Sneak Peek: Barold Jenkins Reveals the Dryad Scion!
It is I, Barl Jenkins, and I have another reveal for you. Deep in the realm of the eternals, a mystical force grows. Behold the dryad. These walking plants specialize in natural magic. Utilizing their ever growing foliage, triads create shrubberies that heal themselves and their allies. And better still, when the shrubs die, they produce consumable nuts that they can share with their teammates. Tri can cut themselves in thorns, which damages any enemy foolish enough to get too close. Tri often choose to adventure as scions, a class well-versed in all kinds of magic. They start with telekinesis, which draws items to them. An ability to grant healing properties to food, and the earth sprite spell that conjures an earth elemental, which is like a living boulder. Scions never adventure without their archon scepter and a magical artifact known as a dark icon. Their scepter is capable of shooting through enemies and objects. However, to recharge it, spells must be sacrificed. Their icon casts a spell known as void rift, and it allows science to partially send enemies into another dimension. While in this state, bows are rooted in place, though they can’t take damage. The scion dryad is a powerful utility spellcaster. They’re capable adventuring on their own, but their power only grows when they explore with teammates.
