All New DLC 20 Moves & Festival Skills Gameplay! – Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2
duck rea. What? What? Happy [Applause] What? [Music] [Applause] What? What? What? What? Yuck. [Applause] What? What? I do so hope my new power will be to your liking. When I look at you, I think of the agony worse than death you will know by my hand. I don’t care how often you come back. As long as I’m here, we’ll always put a stop to you. away with you. Wiggly swap. [Applause] What? Let us begin. Worthless. Worthless. How’s this? Time to die. You’ve run long enough. Now die. And that is all of Broly and Golden Frieza’s moves. Now, we do have some festival moves that are going to be releasing alongside this DLC. We only have three, and it doesn’t really seem like any of them are ultimate attacks, which is very unfortunate because usually we got one special ultimate attack in all of these, but we do have some funny ones. Now, we have a counter from Rubrienne here where when she triggers it, she gives the person a lecture and then does her full like dance into an explosive attack. I think this is by far the funniest and best counter in the game. I wish you could put on your custom characters. Then we have a move from Beast Gohan where he has a long ranged move that leads into a ton of damage as you can see there. I can’t wait for that one to be in the game cuz it’s actually a Beast Gohan buff. And then Gogeta DBS actually also has a new counter which is a reference to one he does in the movie. So, Vis can also go and custom Super Saiyan Blue Gogeta, and he has an even more law accurate move set. Now, I do love how they’ve just been consistently giving Gogeta like the law accurate version of his move. So, I swear to God, eventually in DLC 4, we’re probably going to get a Gogeta that goes from like base to Super Saiyan Blue and then can do every single attack he does in the movie. It’s going to be so hilarious. And also for the Festival of Universes, we actually do have some slightly more updates. Now, from Constantin City mods, we actually have um that a festival preset for a Mega Shenon and the Whis presets for Goku and Vegeta are not featured in the update. So, I’m assuming that they actually removed quote unquote the Goku and Vegeta Whis presets for the Festival of Universes. And Omega Shenon seems like he was, you know, supposed to get something, but we we don’t have it for him now. So, that’s tragic. We also have some super attack descriptions here. We have them in order. And the first one is Gigantic Cross. Again, that one’s pretty obvious. So you charge up a key blast that does more damage. Moving on, we have dark inscription which is like Supreme Gra’s holy inscription where landing more hits of this by using more key buffs your other like you know power of time based moves. Frieza does have a unique power called power of time and obviously our custom characters have access to this too when we get these moves but the power of time in general is just like a passive thing kind of like supreme cast thing where it just builds up like the power of the other moves in the move set. Now with for Frieza, he obviously gets a massive buff to his Emperor’s Cannon, which is the Chyros cannon for him, except his version, I’m pretty sure it does way less damage, but at the same time, it does more stun and some of those key blasts actually paralyze. So, it could be seen as better. And I’m not sure if it turns off when you get hit yet because, you know, we haven’t seen what actually happens. Someone gets touched yet when this is active. But regardless, it’s just like Kyros cannon. This will probably be good cuz it’s really easy to not get hit in Xenoverse. You could just activate the movement and just keep vanishing around your enemy until they get hit and then, you know, attack them back. And then Frieza also gets obviously, you know, the power of time spreads all the way to his ultimate attack, the chaotic time impact where obviously this move is already insane looking from the get- go because it freezes you and it doesn’t look like you can do anything about it. It’s kind of like special cannon beast where you’re probably just going to get hit by it and the evasive option is disabled. Um, but it also costs six bars of key to use. So just like um transforming Broly’s uh you know gigantic explosion move, right? This move cost six bars of key to use, way more than five bars of key. And then also you can increase its power even further by using the power of time. So this is probably a new contender for like borderline oneshot super attacks in the game or like an actual oneshot super attack in the game. And as for Broly’s um unique ultimate, you know, gigantic nova, it really is just a it feels like a launch day ultimate attack. You use 300 key, which is three boss key to throw a big quick projectile at the enemy. I’m not even kidding. It’s actually a surprisingly fast ultimate. I think it does a lot of damage, but to be fair, the level cap is 180 now, so obviously everything’s going to just feel like it does more damage. But this is basically a launch day move. It’s just really quick. It hits the enemy. It works. I have no problems with that. That’s that’s good in my book. Now, one super interesting thing to note here is Saiyan Blaster. We did see this in the Broly gameplay um itself, but Saiyan Blaster is, you know, the new unique evasive, and that actually costs four bars of stamina. However, its unique feature is that when you’re using it, you can immediately activate an awoken skill. Now, I’m very curious. Is this only for Broly? Is this for every Awoken skill in the game? Cuz this could genuinely save beast and Ultra Instinct. Beast and Ultra Instinct are impossible to use because their transformation animations are so freaking long, but this could go insanely hard with beast and Ultra Instinct. Now, another thing with this is that if you can use this on more than one transformation, this makes Super Saiyan Blue Evolved even better than it was before because that transformation just gives you a lot of stamina in general. And having an evasive that combos into it makes it like ridiculously easy to use. So having this plus super saiyan blue evolved like boosting super souls um like the one where when your enemy en enemies above 80% key you just get insane stats that’s going to be crazy if this is actually like effective on all transformations. This is probably the new best evasive in the game even though it costs four bar stamina. Now it’s only going to be the best in the game if you actually use those weaker transformations like beast and all instinct cuz you can finally actually take advantage of their utility. But obviously outside of that, it’s going to be really annoying having to use four bosi just to escape like an unvananishable male sai like XY or like a knockback Kamehameh 10 or like a knock back like flash strike, right? That’s going to be annoying. It’s pretty bad in that situation, but other than that, it’s really good just for activating those transformations to begin with. And I think that this is a pretty good place to end the video, guys. We don’t know what all the Festival of Universes is going to look like. We know what some costumes are going to look like and how there’s only three new super souls and none of them are very good. So, I didn’t really mention them in this video, but maybe they’ll get changed by the time the Festival of Universes rolls around and there’ll be some stuff to look forward to then.
