How to Download & Install FR33 Sims 4 DLC Packs (Easy Tutorial)
Hi, simmers. In this video, I’m going to show you how to download and install all the Sims 4 DLC packs I’m offering on my Patreon. I’ll walk you through every step so it’s super easy to follow. Now, let’s get started. [Music] First things first, go to my Patreon, which is linked in the description down below. Once there, you’ll need to download the DLC unlocker to unlock all the DLC packs in your game. Once you’ve downloaded the unlocker, you’ll need to extract the file. On Windows, right click the zip and select extract all. On Mac, you’ll double click it. After you extract it, open the folder and run the file called setup.bat. If you get this little popup, click more info and run anyway. A command window will pop up. From there, press one to install the locker. You will need to run it as administrator. So, click yes. Once it’s downloaded, you will press two to pick your game. The list will pop up. From that list, enter 21 for The Sims 4. When that’s done, press Q to close the window. Next, head back to my Patreon post and click the link for the DLC only. Once there, pick the one that matches your system. Then, download the file called Open The Sims 4 packs folder. Once it’s downloaded, you will just leave it alone for now. Go back to my Patreon post for step three. Scroll down to the bottom and download whatever pack you are wanting to download. For example, I will pick Love Struck. [Music] Once it’s done downloading, just extract it just like before. Now, click and open the file you downloaded in step two. It will open up in a new tab. You should now see all the original DLC’s you own. Now move this off to the side and go back to the extracted folder of the DLC you downloaded. So as example I would be going back to the extracted folder of the L truck. Once inside go ahead and highlight the files and click copy. Now go back to the file from step two that I had you move off to the side. You’ll want to paste what you copied inside that folder. If you get a pop-up like this, go ahead and check the box and hit continue. Once it’s done, you can go ahead and close it and launch Sims 4 through whichever platform you normally use. You should now see all the DLC’s unlocked and ready to play.
