Legends ZA DLC is not what I expected
The DLC for Pokemon Legends ZA has been revealed along with two new megas. And honestly, it just kind of looks like they’re doing the same mechanic from Legends Archus. You know, the time space distortions that were included in the base game. But instead of large domes forming on the map, we have Hoopa, one of my least favorite Pokémon for reasons I can’t even explain beyond just vibes, opening these portals that lead right back into the city. And I wasn’t one of the people complaining about the graphics in this game, but I don’t think that making the city look more washed out and boring was the right pick. It’s also a little disappointing considering this would have been the perfect excuse to see something beyond the city walls. Uh especially since the last two paid Pokémon DLCs came with brand new areas and a new Pokédex to fill out. But hey, we can make donuts with Hoopa now. How How are we just ignoring that macaroons exist? We do know what city this game is based on, right? The most damning part of all this though is that the DLC is coming out next month. Essentially confirming that this is basically just the game’s post game being carved out and sold back to us. If you use the berries you can find in hyperspace,
