Everything We Should Expect In The GTA Online MANSIONS DLC!
The Mansions DLC is right around the corner, and this is everything you should expect when it releases. First are police cars. GTA Online has been filled and swarmed with police vehicles lately. Ever since a couple of DLCs ago, Rockstar started dishing out more and more police vehicles, and every major update since then has brought in more and more cop cars. So, expect some more $5 million police vehicles to be added into the game. If not at launch, then at least in the drip feed of the update. So, let’s take a look at some of these police vehicles that have been released with every single one of the latest updates. Just a casual police motorcycle. Nothing too crazy for almost $4 million. And I think this is actually the trade price if I’m not mistaken. So, it should be even more expensive than this. The Bobcat security van for about $2 million. Also extremely overpriced. Most of these vehicles are very overpriced. I mean, the D10 Pursuit for over $4 million. the faction for about four million bucks, maybe three and a half million depending on if you get the trade price or the buy it now. The police boat being literally over $3 million on average. Like what in the world are these prices? So expect a lot more variants of these police vehicles like the Care Car Pursuit, the Terminus Patrol, which is actually a really good vehicle. You know what? Looking at this price tag, 3.8 million isn’t even the end of the world when you compare it to all these crazy price tags. That’s something you should expect with the release of this update or at least as I said in the drip feed. Some more police vehicles that are just way overpriced in my opinion. Then staying in the topic of vehicles, in the mini trailer that we got for this update, we saw four vehicles total. So expect a minimum of four vehicles. I definitely do think it’s going to be more than just four, but as of right now, we do know we have four confirmed vehicles. Two of which look to be super/ports cars. The other two are going to be something along the lines of a muscle car or a sports classic. If I had to guess, I would say there would probably be about seven vehicles at launch of this update. And then obviously expect a lot more vehicles to come out every single week afterwards in the drip feed content. In one of the teaser photos of this update when we got the new listings missions, we can see a little snippet of what looks to be a helicopter on top of Devon Weston’s mansion. And if you go to Devon Weston’s mansion, there isn’t even a helipad there. So that basically confirms we’re going to be getting helipads on top of these new mansions. Devon Weston’s mansion possibly being one of the new ones. I would say it’s pretty freaking likely. And so the best example of how I think it’s going to work is actually inside of the agency. We also have a very similar feature inside of the CEO office, but it’s basically going to the front desk or the elevator and then having an option to exit via helicopter, exit via aircraft, whatever it might be. And the agency you do get a free option with the super volatile. Then it just gives you a few second cutscene and magically you are on top of the building with this luxury helicopter. So I think there’s going to be a very similar if not an identical feature with these new mansions. We’re going to have a helipad on the top that we could just spawn any aircraft or any helicopter I should say and then fly to whichever location we want on the map. So that’s going to be one pretty cool feature. And when it comes to the prices of these things, by completing the new listings missions, it automatically gives you a $2 million discount plus an extra million in reward money. $3 million total, which is a ton for just three quick missions to do. Definitely hinting at these mansions being pretty freaking expensive. Probably the most expensive things in this entire game. So, I would say you want to expect these mansions to be around $10 to $20 million. I can’t see them being any less than 10 million. And I can’t really see them being any more expensive than 20 million. I mean, so far the most expensive thing we can possibly buy in the game is a $10 million super yacht or a $10 million Luxor. And so I think around the $15 million range is probably your best bet. And that’s what you should expect these mansions to cost on average. And the amount of locations and amount of mansions we should be expecting, at least on release day of the update, should be three mansions according to Test Funds 2. That doesn’t confirm it, but he does say that Spanish and Korean translation suggest it. So, three different locations for these mansions. We basically know where they are as well. In the mini trailer, one of them is going to be on the left side of Vinewood Hills, right in this location. Another construction site in the game is right over here, just on top of the Vinewood Bowl. And the third one is likely, as I said, going to be Devon Weston’s mansion, made purchasable all the way on the left side of the map, a bit far away from the city. I’m personally going to be buying the one on the right side, just because it’s likely to have a unique shape, unlike the one on the left side of Vinewood Hills that basically has the same exact shape mansion as Devon Weston’s actual house. So, expect three different mansions in these three locations. And hopefully we get some more in the drip feed. I hope because three mansions really isn’t that much and I was really expecting something like six or seven mansions in this update. No pun intended, by the way. But let’s look at the closest thing we have to these mansions, which are going to be the stilt houses that are way, way cheaper. It’s crazy that they’re usually about $800,000 for pretty nice houses, but these are going to be probably 10 or maybe even 20 times the price of these stilt apartments or stilt houses. Another thing you should expect with this update is absolute mayhem at every single one of these mansions. I mean, it is going to be a huge, huge tourist attraction, we’ll call it. So, when this mansion actually releases, expect so many people to be PvPing outside, blowing up vehicles, flying oppressors, flying F-160 Raos, air striking the entire place. Rockstar is basically saying like, “Oh, you thought you could just chill out your mansion, go tanning next to your pool, and just have a relaxing time in GTA Online. Best believe some oppressor is going to be flying in taking you out.” And I think that’s a big problem with having just three new mansion locations. One of them is already a built building. Most of the people are going to be at this location and then also on the right side of Vinewood Hills. And both of these spots are going to have so many different players cuz every single player is going to want to buy one of these houses. Preferably one of these two houses just cuz they’re closer to the city. So if you want possibly a bit more of a chill time, maybe go for this one. But honestly, it’s not as convenient of a location. So right now, as you can see, I’m in a private session obviously, but there’s only one player here. I wouldn’t be surprised if there are going to be a minimum of 15 or maybe even 20 players at each of these locations in every session just because they’re going to be so hyped and they’re going to want to see how it is and everyone’s going to actually buy this and own this. But just expect a lot of mayhem and a lot of chaos, a lot of chaos in the entire area of these newly built properties.
