Will Silksong DLC Add NEW Bosses? #silksong
In Hollow Knight, the Godome DLC added a few new bosses and tweaked the difficulty of some others. And given that Team Cherry has strongly hinted that the Pantheons won’t come back for Sunong, it’s fun to think about what new bosses might be in store for us. These are my best guesses at new Pantheon boss fights. I’ll give a few examples going from what I think is the least likely to most likely. Up first, we have the organ sleepers. This comes from some cut content. There are three sprites that seem to be a mixture of the heart bosses with phantom. These guys were supposed to be found in tanks in the exhaust organ, and you can definitely imagine fights where they’re quick like phantom, but then they have smaller versions of the heart boss attacks. Things like Khan’s coral spikes or Nyl’s poison balls could definitely be cool. I think it’s pretty unlikely because there’s no reference to them at all in the game, but you never know. Up next, we have a potential fight with Queen Vesa. Data miners found additional sprites of Vesa, implying that a fight might have been planned. I think this would be really cool, but what makes me even more excited is that if we fight Vesa, maybe we also fight the other Red Memory Mothers. This is pure speculation, but fighting Hara would be amazing. And then a fight with the white lady would match the radiance in terms of scale. And then finally, if we think about NPCs that are already in the game, there are a few fun options. The Mount Fay climb kind of tease us with a fight with the Fayhorn. I don’t really think that will happen, but you could definitely imagine a bigger scale fight there. Another one that I think is pretty unlikely is Yarnabe. I just think it would be cool if he had a bunch of attacks that use sketchy medical equipment. The NPC that I think is most likely is the seamstress. We know that she’s a former pinstress. She took out the fourth chorus and you could imagine her fighting side by side with the real Pinstress. This might even explain why the Pinstress is so passive and avoidant in her fight. Maybe they designed her that way so a more aggressive seamstress could get up in your face during that duo fight. What new boss fights would you like to see? and subscribe for more Samsung content.
