How Much You Will Need For The Michael/Mansions DLC & Release Times – GTA 5 ONLINE
A safe house in the hills, aka the Michael DLC, is a new DLC coming to GTA 5 online on Wednesday, December 10th. And in this video, we’re going to be going over everything that is going to be coming with this DLC. We’re going to be talking about how much you’re going to need saved up, and this is an expensive one. And we’re going to be going over the release times. So, let’s jump into it. That is right, ladies and gentlemen. Welcome back to the channel. Today, we’re talking about the big question. How much money is this DLC going to cost? How much do you need saved up? Now, this is a weird DLC because it’s both expected and unexpected at the same time. Like, having a Michael DLC, it makes the most sense, but we didn’t know it was coming, especially in December. This is going to be an expensive DLC, and this is more of like an endgame DLC. You know, this is the DLC that once you’ve got all of the businesses, you’ve been making millions of dollars, you’ve got the cars you wanted, this is like the finale. This is like this is what you buy once you’ve completed GTA Online, and it’s going to be expensive because of that. So, the first thing I feel like we should go over is the release time. So, let’s get into it. Okay, so here are all the worldwide release times for the GTA Safe House in the Hills DLC. And as you can see right here, it is coming Wednesday, December 10th. Now, this is pretty standard. They pretty much do all DLCs around the same time. But if we start off right over here on the west coast of the USA in Los Santos, aka Los Angeles, it’s going to be at 200 a.m. on Wednesday the 10th. As we move across right here to Vice City, aka Miami, Florida, it is going to be at 5:00 a.m. and Liberty City, New York, also at 5:00 a.m. Then, as we move over in the UK, it’s going to be at 10:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m. in Paris. And then we can continue over here. We have Moscow at 12:00 p.m. and noon. Beijing, Tokyo, we have Perth, Australia at 5:00 p.m., and Christ Church, New Zealand at 10:00 p.m. Now, if you don’t live in any of the places that are that are named here, uh you at least know that you’re in the same time zone as one of these. So, you can kind of figure it out from this right here. So, like I say, it’ll be 2:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time is when this is going to be releasing on Wednesday. I’m so excited. I’m sure you guys are all, too. If you haven’t seen the full breakdown of the information, I’ll leave it linked in the description as well as the breakdown of all the visual things like the trailer and all the pictures we got. But, obviously, we’re going to go over a little bit of that here today. So, now let’s move in and move on to what we got coming with this new DLC. All right, guys. So, as you can see right here, this is just we’re just going to go over quickly a brief summary of what’s coming. But I had also mentioned this is like the end game, right? And as you can see, Rockstar themselves said, “For those who have reached the highest rungs of the criminal ladder, celebrate your triumph with a painstakingly crafted palace in one of Los Santos’s most exclusive neighborhoods. Complete with breathtaking views, the finest amenities, and countless ways to customize and make it your own. Yeah, it’s going to be expensive. It’s when you’re at the top of your game and you’ve got everything else. So, plus stop the development of a mass surveillance network in an all new action-packed adventure. So, we have a new DLC, which is the Michael DLC, along with exquisite new vehicles to collect, the return of a familiar face, and much more. Familiar face is Michael. So, what’s coming with this DLC? So, we have the three new mansions. You’re going to be able to choose one of these three mansions. One of them is located in the Tongva Hills with a nice ocean view. One of them is Richmond that we’ve already seen in the trailers and the other one is over near the casino or right next to like the Hollywood Bowl. So, there’s three of them to choose from. People have been saying, “Are we going to be able to buy all three of them?” It looks like that’s not going to be the case. You’re only going to be able to purchase one of them. And you wouldn’t want all three anyway cuz they’re all basically the same thing. You don’t want to have to spend millions doing one and then millions of another. It’s just the exact same thing. So, another thing that’s coming with this DLC is going to be the state-of-the-art assistant to aid with professional and personal tasks that maximize your potential. We saw this in the trailer. It’s kind of like a Iron Man Jarvis and it looks sick. So, supposedly this is going to help us out like with our businesses, help us run our businesses. This could help. We don’t know exactly yet, but it could help like maybe empty our wall safes. It could I don’t we don’t know, but we do know this mansion like ties in with like the arcades and the agency with the arcade in your mansion and the armory in your mansion. But to round it all up, new mansions, new missions, new cars, and a new cool AI assistant. Let’s jump into the part that you’re all here for. How much is this going to cost? So, first let’s talk about the vehicles. And we’ll start off with this one right here, which is kind of the Whimo or in Rockstar’s version and no way. Now, this, if you’ve seen the trailer, is an electric car. It is a self autonomous driving car. So, it wouldn’t really make sense for us to be able to buy it because we’re not going to be able to drive it because it’s an autonomous car. But, it could be like taxis that we can call cuz that’s what the Whimo are in real life. But maybe we’ll be able to purchase it and then we can just select a place on the map and it’ll just take us there. That could be something cool. Uh, but it is very unique and I would say if we are going to be able to get this, I genuinely, this is just a wild guess, but just knowing if it is a fully autonomous car that we can get that takes us around the map, I would say $2 million is what you’re looking at for something like this. Now, let’s talk about this. This is the new FMJ Mark 5. Now, that is the new version of the FMJ in GTA Online, and we don’t know if it’s going to be a brand new car, which I assume it is, and that’s what we’re going to go off of. But Rockstar has also said there’s going to be a lot of uh HSW upgrades and conversions in this DLC as well. But this is a Mark 5. So, this is a brand new car. Now, the original FMJ is just over $1.7 million. So, I would assume for a Mark Five variant of this, I would genuinely just throw on an extra million. In the past when Rockstar has done like the Cheetah and then have the Los Santos Karmi widebody variants, it is like a million dollars more. So I feel confident that this is going to be around 2.7 million. Now next up we’re going to go over this car right here which is a Groy aka a Ferrari and more of a classic Ferrari. Looks like it takes inspiration from the Daytona. Now with the Groy classic cars, it depends really because of inflation. Now you can look at the Cheetah Classic or the Turismo Classic I should say that you can see right here the Ferrari F40 that was 700,000 but that came out a long time ago. Another classic Groy right here, the Stinger GT. This is around 875,000. So we’re still in that same ballpark. The GT500 785,000 same ballpark. But then we did get the Cheetah Classic widebody and that was 1.9 million but it is a widebody variant. So the regular variant was the same thing 865,000. So, around that mark. So, I feel confident that this car is going to cost around the same. I’m going to say 875,000. I don’t think it would make too much sense when we already have a handful of Groy classic cars to make this one just way more expensive. It doesn’t really make sense. And since the rest of them are all around that $800,000 mark, I feel pretty confident with that. Next up, we have this right here. This is the new Fista, and it would seem to be a new electric vehicle. Now, for this one, I feel like we have a pretty easy guess for this one. When you look at electric cars in the game, if you look at the Ocelot Virtue, that was around $3 million, about $2.9 million. And then if you look at the Overflot Suzume, which was one of the more recent electric vehicles, that one was 3 million. So 2.9 and 3 million. This one, I’m going to say $3 million. Now, we have seen slight little pieces of what could be a new car. We saw it in trailer one at the front. You couldn’t really see it. We do see another car as you can see right here as well. In this trailer, can’t quite see it. I’ll go out on a limb and say for this one we’ll go for like 1.2 million. So as of right now with those cars we’ve just talked about that is five cars. And for those five alone as you can see that total is almost 10 million at $9.77 million. Now that’s five usually in DLC’s there’s around 12 cars. So I’m saying on launch day if they release all five of these that’s close to 10 million. But over the entire cost I would say just in vehicles alone. But there will be some that are dripfed. I’m sure you’re going to honestly need closer to like 15 to 20 million. 20 million. All right, guys. So, now that we’ve gone over the cars, we’re going to round all this up at the end. But now, let’s talk about the mansions themselves. How much are these going to cost and all of the upgrades? So, as I’ve said, there is three mansions in total, at least for the launch. And it doesn’t look like we’re going to be getting any more than this. Now, we can talk about a base cost. We can talk about the cost with upgrades and modifications to them, but this is going to be expensive. Like I say, and Rockstar has said it themselves. This is like endgame money right here. This is when you’ve bought all of the other businesses. You’re right at the tippity top. What is left for you to spend money on? It’s this. So, there’s the three new mansions. And I would say from what we’ve seen so far, and from some leaks, it would seem like the base cost I’m going to guess for these mansions. Don’t forget, you get $2 million off for completing the three setup missions or the three like House on the Hills missions. You should have done that already by now, but if you haven’t, make sure you do it. And then you do get a million dollars for completing them as well. So it’s technically three million that’s going to go towards your mansion. But the base cost, I would say, is going to be in the ballpark of around $13 to $15 million just for the house. That’s just to purchase this house. Now, there is a lot of upgrades and modifications for this. So, as you can see, this is one of the interiors, right? Not only you going to be choosing the interior, but you’re going to be choosing like the decorations. This is just one of the options. This is another one of the options. And here’s another one of the options that looks very expensive. Can I just say marble throughout this house? I’m sure that’s going to be like a million. But not only that, we have this. We have an arcade. Now, in order to put this arcade in your house, you need to own an arcade. But I’m sure putting this in your house is going to cost you at least like 500 grand. Not to mention the armory. We’re getting an armory like the agency. Now, for the agency, it is $720,000. So, is it going to be the exact same? Is it going to be more? Is it going to be less? I’m assuming it’s going to be around the same amount of money. So, I would say for the armory, you’re looking at 720 grand. Then we have this upgrade, right? We have the security for your mansion. Now, we don’t know exactly how this is going to work just yet, but for this, I’m assuming kind of similar to your nightclub. I’m going to say to upgrade the security, you’re looking at another 700 grand. Then we have this, which is a cigar room. Is this going to be an upgrade that you’re going to have to purchase, or is it just going to be an empty place or is it going to come with a mansion? Who knows? But as of this point, I’m assuming everything is going to be paid for. So, I’m going to save 500k for this. We also have the trophy room that you guys have saw. Once again, we don’t know if I’m assuming this is just going to be an empty room and you’re going to have to pay for all of this stuff. Now, this could also fall under just like just under like interior design, which is still going to cost a lot like the casino does, but I still think you’re looking around at least 250k. Then we have this the vault. This thing looks big. It looks crazy. We saw it in the trailer where it looks full of cash. We don’t know exactly how this is going to work yet. Is it going to take all of the cash out of our CEO office so it’s not scattered around the floor and putting it in one place? Either way, I’m going to say this is going to be $1.2 million. Let’s not forget a vehicle workshop, ladies and gentlemen. Is this going to come with the house or are we going to have to pay for it? I’m assuming we’re going to have to pay for it. And I would say once again like around a million dollars. And then we also have a garage once more. We don’t know if this comes with the house. We don’t know if this is an upgraded modification. I’m assuming it’s an upgraded modification. Now, this by itself looks like it would be a 20 car garage, but it could be multiple levels. You could have buy the first level, second level, third level, kind of like you do with a CEO office or nightclub. So, you can buy it and then upgrade it to get bigger and bigger. So, yeah, I’m going to say that this is going to be an expensive one. If it is available to upgrade and make even bigger and bigger, I’m going to put this at close to 2 million. So, that brings the total to these upgrades and modifications at around $6.57 million. Now, this doesn’t include all of the just fixing up the house, like putting your sofas in there, putting artwork in there, choosing your bedroom style and bedroom layout. All of these things like you can do in the casino, you’re going to be able to do in this house, too. So, I think 10 million, honestly, uh, is reasonable for all of these upgrades and modifications, which is going to put the house at around $20 million fully upgraded. Now, I know that’s insane, but like I say, they know this is endgame. They know this is something that people have been wanting for a while. They’ve thrown everything into this. We didn’t even talk about Jarvis. They made it seem like Jarvis is going to be included, but maybe that’s not. Maybe that’s going to cost you a couple million as well. Now you’re looking at $22 million. All right, ladies and gentlemen. So, let’s add all of this up. So, let’s say 20 million for the house fully upgraded. By the way, you can get it without fully upgrading it, but if you want the house fully upgraded, day one of release, 22 million. 10 million for the cars that we’ve seen so far in the trailers and then you can add at least another $10 million for some drip feed cars. As well as that, you’re going to have to account for if you want to buy, they may release some guns, some weapons with this, too. So, if they release a couple weapons or maybe one weapon, we don’t know what it could be. I would at least keep yourself a million dollars for that as well. That brings it up to 43 million. Um, and that doesn’t include things we don’t even know about yet. So, I would say comfortably and confidently for day one, so day one of release, I would say if you want to be able to purchase everything and fully upgrade everything, you’re looking at close like around 40 million. Usually, it’s like 20 million. I would say for this one, you’re looking at 40 to 45 million. So, make sure you are grinding this weekend and the next few days going into next week. Make sure you’re doing the KO Rico on rotation when you can. and make sure you’re doing all of the yacht life missions, making those millions of dollars. You can definitely make this amount of money in the next few days, but it’s going to be a lot of grinding. So, if you want this for this DLC this year, my prediction of a comfortable amount to be able to purchase everything is $45 million. And I know guys, it is insane, but listen, it’s a Michael DLC. We don’t even know how much money we’re going to make yet from this DLC. like these missions, these new real estate missions, taking out the competition, having Michael. We don’t know what the payout’s going to be for this. It looks like there’s a lot of info or a lot of missions from what we’ve seen. We have police chases with the garbage truck. We have police chases with those Whimo autonomous vehicles. We have police chases with the new cars. It seems like there’s a lot. Oh, and we have police chases with like the jet skis as well from the trailer. So, there’s a lot going on. It seems like there’s a lot of missions. Um, and I’m assuming the pay is going to be pretty decent for the final here for the finale. Surely they’re going to give us a decent pay. But that is it, ladies and gentlemen. I cannot wait.
