Is Rockstar’s New DLC Only for Rich Players?

Why is Rockstar Games making a DLC a safe house in the hills and 70% of the player base can’t afford this DLC? It’s very simple. It’s not for you. For once, it’s not for you. The last couple DLC’s, GTA Pluses, have been tailored to new players. A regurgitation of the same rewards. They are for new players. The old players have been playing this game since day one was like, “What? What? What about us? Everything is for the new guy. The new guy, there’s nothing wrong with the new guy. We were all new guys way back in the day. Now we’re old guys. We built up a lot of money throughout the years.” A safe house in the hills. It says it’s time to retire. And we’ve been putting years in. We got to retire. Rockstar Games is paying a homage to the older people that been playing this game since day one. And that alone kind of makes me excited for the mansions DLC. It’s like they finally get it. They finally understand the older people that first played this game and have been playing this game actually matter, too. It’s not all about the new guy. Rockstar Games is thinking, “Well, hell, we need to make some more money for GTA 6. Let’s stab the new guy a couple times for the holidays and try to sell some shark cards cuz we know their ass can’t afford a safe house in the hills.” What happened before the DLC got dropped? Tons of people got banned because they were selling the Sentinel. Rockstar Games like, “No, no, no. You need to earn your money.” And I’m not going to lie, I call that an awesome move because you do need to earn your money. We have earned our right to retire in GTA 5 Online. You bucks, you need to you need to get on your grind, get hustling, get working. We did it. You can do it, too. I think this is a brilliant DLC, and I’m happy that it’s expensive. We’ve all built up our bank accounts in GTA 5 online to spend money, and we will be spending money when the Safe House in the Hills DLC comes out in GTA 5 online. So, if you’re an old head or you’ve been playing this game since day one, hit that subscribe button, hit that like button, and drop me a comment. When did you first start playing GTA 5 online? Rockstar Games’ new DLC, “a safehouse in the hills,” raises questions about accessibility for the broader “gta online” community.
