Drop a like and let me know how much money you have in GTA online right now. All right. Rockstar Games just dropped a massive wave of new information about the upcoming mansions update arriving in GTA Online in just a few days. And instead of giving us a small teaser, they launched an entire new website dedicated to these properties. If you go to rockstargames.com/GTA online/mansions, you’ll see everything I’m talking about. The site opens with a short teaser clip we’ve seen before, but now it’s integrated with the full pricks luxury real estate branding. As you scroll down, Rockstar gives a full description. It reads, “You’ve built an empire. Now let us erect your palace. Choose from three distinct luxury locations in Los Santos’s most exclusive neighborhoods. Withdraw to the Tongva Hills and its stellar views of the Pacific Ocean. Thrive in the city’s elite enrichment or bask in the carcinogenic glow of the Vinewood sign. They show a full screenshot of one of the new mansions. And the detail is insane. Water features a dart board by the pool, a dog house, even NPCs interacting with a dog. That’s just the beginning. Rockstar breaks everything down into categories. Starting with the exterior and architectural features. The first category is the expansive driveway. You’ll see what looks like secure vehicle storage with a fister parked in front, security guards at the doors, and security cameras placed around the property. It suggests you’ll be able to keep vehicles both in the garage and out on the driveway. Next is the luxurious outdoor spaces. These areas let you relax by the pool, drink beer, and basically chill with friends or NPC guests. GTA Online is slowly turning into a billionaire retreat simulator. Then there’s the restorative yoga area. It looks like rooftop yoga is officially a feature similar to Michael de Santa’s missions in single player. No word yet on whether it offers any kind of stat boost, but it’s a clean animation and a unique vibe. After that, there’s a lavish swimming pool likely functioning similar to the hot tubs on the super yachts. Rockstar follows that with a tranquil hot tub. And based on the screenshot, it uses the exact animations from the yacht tubs with seating for around six to eight people. There’s also sturdy gym equipment. It’s unclear whether your character can actually work out or if the equipment is mostly decorative since character physiques can’t change, but it’s still a nice touch. One of the coolest upgrades is the stately kennels. These appear to confirm that players will be able to own pets, specifically dogs, inside their mansions. Hopefully, you’ll be able to choose the breed or even name your dog. That would be a huge upgrade to immersion. The spacious garage is up next. The screenshot only shows one wall holding six cars, but the room is clearly larger. Expect generous storage space, possibly a large multi-car layout. Rockstar also confirmed a private rooftop helipad. We saw hints of this in earlier teasers. It will be interesting to see whether you can spawn any of your Pegasus aircraft or if it’s limited to specific helicopters. There’s also an AI element to the update. Every mansion includes an AI concierge described as always here, always listening. You’ll be able to choose from three different AI personas. This assistant handles personal and business tasks and adapts its identity depending on your preferences. It’s a very modern rockstar touch, especially fitting for 2025. Scrolling further reveals additional featured amenities. The first is mansion parties. Just like the casino penthouse, you can host gatherings where NPCs and players show up to your estate. There appears to be a built-in bar and dance area. There’s also a security team. Rockstar describes them as heavily armed mercenaries patrolling your property and protecting your business assets. It’s unclear whether they actively fight off griefers or if they’re mostly cosmetic. Then we get into the interior features. Rockstar provided multiple images and these interiors are some of the most detailed we’ve ever seen in GTA Online. The master and guest bedrooms look spacious and customizable. Some of them appear to have direct outdoor access. The relaxing lounge area includes multiple seating arrangements, a piano, and what looks like the AI concierge integrated into the wall. There’s a cozy cigar room filled with cigar boxes, drink options, seating areas, and decorative shelves. It’s clearly designed to be a smoking and drinking den. Next is the engaging office. This room includes the main computer used to manage your businesses. We’ve seen this interface before. The screenshot also shows the AI system named Angel. It’s possible you’ll be able to rename your AI. There’s an elegant trophy room featuring a collection of trophies and a large map of Los Santos and San Andreas. The map has several green icons, but their purpose is unclear. They might represent missions or other update content. A secure vault is also included. It’s a large room filled with cash displays. It’s unclear whether this has any gameplay function or is purely visual, but it looks impressive. The private salon appears to let you adjust your character’s hair and maybe even tattoos. There’s a tattoo chair and tattoo artwork on the walls. Rockstar also included an indoor pool that looks like part of a spa area and a state-of-the-art media room that seats up to eight people. You’ll likely be able to watch in-game shows and content there. At the bottom of the site, Rockstar details the customization options. You can choose from three main interior styles. The first is San Andreas coastal featuring pink and purple tones and beach inspired decor. The second is Los Santos Loft featuring modern art, industrial furniture, and updated statues. The third is Vinewood Regency, a more classic luxury aesthetic with new artwork, textures, and lighting. Beyond the base styles, there are premium enhancements. The podium allows you to showcase one personal vehicle inside the mansion. There’s an armory available if you already own the agency armory. There’s an arcade upgrade if you own an arcade business, letting you bring retro cabinets into your mansion. There’s also a vehicle workshop, eliminating the need to drive to Los Santos Customs for most upgrades. Finally, Rockstar mentions the Pricks membership perks. Becoming a gold or black tier member provides discounts on mansion purchases, similar to what was teased in earlier Newswire updates. All of this information came directly from Rockstar’s new website for the mansions update. The update arrives on December 10th, and Rockstar will likely release even more details leading up to launch.
