FREE MONEY For The GTA Online Mansions…DLC Release Time, Best Locations To Buy & MORE!
We’ve got a lot of news to talk about today regarding the mansions DLC update in Grand Theft Auto Online, including free money arriving for a select few, when the update will be releasing exactly for you depending on where you live, especially because there’s no preloading this update, and a whole lot more. So, let’s begin with a select few getting some free money in Grand Theft Auto Online. A massive lump sum of $20 million. This was sent out to a lot of journalists and news sites and it was essentially Rockstar giving them money to cover the mansions DLC when it arrived and that amount was $20 million. And many people now are seeing this upon logging into Grand Theft Auto Online today just mere hours away from the DLC arriving. It’s an alert message saying that they have received $20 million. That is not Photoshop. That is not a typo. That is 200000000000 $20 million. So, good for those people. Rockstar are not giving it out to everyone, unfortunately. Although, they have been pretty generous with some of the money offerings over the last couple of weeks, like $2 million off of the price of the mansions when they arrive and a million-doll bonus if you ended up getting to the gold tier of the Pricks VIP program. But just know if you see stuff like that floating around online, it’s because Rockstar is handing out $20 million to a select few people. Were you one of those people? Let me know in those comments down below. Now, moving on, let’s talk about when this update is going to arrive timewise tomorrow on December 10th. And this is even more so important with this update because weirdly, for the first time in a long time, Rockstar Games have decided to not allow us to preload the game on PlayStation consoles and Xbox consoles. And given what we’ve seen so far in this update, there’s a good chance this update is rather large. Multiple gigabytes, probably five, six, seven, if not even more than that, depending on all the content that’s added. And also depending on the speed of your internet, that could take several minutes to possibly several hours for the entire update to install. And so because of that, some people might have to wake up the second this DLC comes out so that they can start downloading it so that they can start playing it with their friends. So if Rockstar handles this DLC like its previous rollouts, this is when the update is going to arrive. If you live on the west coast of the United States, it’s going to be arriving at 2:00 a.m. If you live in the central United States or someplace like Mexico City, it’s going to arrive at 4:00 a.m. If you live on the east coast of the United States, like Atlanta or New York, it’s going to be 5:00 a.m. If you live in London or in the UK, it’s going to be 10:00 a.m. Paris and Stockholm, 11:00 a.m. And then as you get into Asia, Australia, India, you can see those times changing over there. uh Melbourne, New Zealand, etc. So, if you need to take a second and pause this video, please feel free to do so right now. You can stop and take a look at exactly where you are. You can also use a time converter site. Plug in any one of these times. For me, it’s easiest to do New York because that’s the time zone that I live in, and it’ll tell you when it’s going to be coming out. Uh but for most of us, it should be pretty early on in the morning. Now, speaking of the consoles, it seems like Sony and PlayStation are doing something nice for players on the PS5 and PlayStation 4. This comes from Rackstar Games insider Tex Funds 2, who said, “PlayStation players can now play GTA Online without PS+ required. This free play period timed with the DLC launch usually lasts two weeks. So, PlayStation is giving players the ability to play online for free without the PlayStation Plus required. It seems like Rockstar is going all out trying to get as many people to play this update as possible. The free money, the ability to play without a PlayStation Plus subscription service. Obviously, the theme itself with mansions and Michael ultimately returning, Michael Santa, of course, uh from single player. Now, speaking of those mansions, that’s something I also want to talk about as well. Uh, in case you guys are wondering, there are three locations for them. And I’ve never actually shown them where they are on the map. These are the three spots. Obviously, the one to the left is the Tongva Hills location. That is going to be Devon Weston’s mansion. You’ve also got one in Richmond, which is the one in the middle. And the one on the far right is the one that’s going to be right under the Vinewood sign. It’ll be very interesting to see which of these is the most expensive and which is the least expensive. You have to feel like Rockstar is going to price them differently just based on their locations. If I was a betting man, I’m going to say that Devin Weston’s location is probably going to be the cheapest just cuz it’s the furthest away from the city. The Richmond location I’m going to say is going to be the one in the middle. Yes, it’s in the city, but I think it’s kind of on the wrong side of things because the one underneath the Vinewood sign is right next to the Diamond Casino and Resort and also right next to the highway. So, I’m going to say that of all of them is probably going to be the most luxurious. But again, let me know which location you will be choosing in those comments down below as well. Are you going to be picking Devon Weston’s mansion, the cheap option, or are you going to be going for one of the incity, more expensive options? Now, last but not least, where I want to end things in today’s video is it seems like Rockstar might have been planning some of the activities that we’re going to be taking part in these mansions uh for a little over a year now. So, this comes from Rockstar Games data miner Lucas 7 Yoshi. With what we’ve seen of the mansions, we may be getting these at long last. Although, given how long it’s been, I doubt they’ve really reused any over a decade old code for it. And this comes from a post that he found on June 4th, 2024, including some activities that were supposed to be in your GTA online apartment that Rockstar Games just never added. But it looks like a lot of these could be coming back because these are the activities situps, push-ups, teeth brushing, makeup, washing hands, washing face, and styling hair. The code is commented out with unrelated animations in the lines suggesting it didn’t get too far. And there’s a couple others as well, and they are not making this up. Literally, these are what they are. Chin-ups, using the restroom, both number one and number two, crossraining, treadmill, skipping rope, bench press, and squat press. And believe it or not, we actually kind of saw some of that featured uh in the GTA Online Mansions trailer. Uh we also saw that in a handful of the screenshots as well. Doing various things, sit-ups, push-ups, uh maybe even the ability to do things like put on makeup, which we know we have a salon inside the mansions, too. Styling our hair. We’re going to be able to do that inside the mansions. I highly doubt Rockstar is going to add a working function for us to use the restroom, but at least for a time, that was their plan. So, we’ll see how many of these things make its way into the mansions. But I found that to be very fascinating. I can’t wait to see just how much we’re able to do inside our big mega luxury properties. Uh I can’t wait for this update to arrive. Again, it’s going to be here in just a few short hours.
