What is up, heroes, and welcome back to some more Pokemon Legends ZA. The DLC has finally arrived. Mega Dimensions. I’m so excited to jump into this. So, let’s do this. So, I wonder how it’s going to start. So, there’s a new side mission waiting for you at top hotel Z. Head to the Hotel Z rooftop. Well, luckily we’re just outside. So, let’s go do this. Got my Raichu ready. I’m so excited to use like Mega Raichu Y. Also, the new megas we got in the trailers. Mega Zera Aura looking pretty cool. The new Lucario. Excited to see what else we get. But let’s go to the roof. Now, what’s going to happen? Would you be faulty? Uh, hello. So, why on the roof? An air of mystery makes for a compelling scene, don’t you think? Please excuse the altitude and allow me to introduce myself. My name is Ana and this is Hooper, the mischief Pokémon. I’m so glad Hooper’s getting some story, but I’ve come to your hotel rooftop with a particular request. A request fit for Lumio’s renowned a team MZ, if you’re willing to hear it. Of course. Uh, of course I am. How agreeable. Thank you. Then without further ado, [Music] help me make a delicious donut that will fill Hoopa with a great surge of power. I mean, I know what Hoopa Unbound’s like. I don’t know if that’s a good idea, but all right, let’s make a donut. A donut? This sure is a cute request. I agree, but it’s a bit odd. Why here at Hotel Z? Why not make one at home? Doesn’t matter why. I’m not going to turn down a kid in need of help. All right, so we’ve got to provide a space and find some ingredients, right? Donuts have to be fried in oil that’s at least 350° F. She’ll need supervision. Oh, good point. That must be why she came to Team MC for help. Does that really make sense to you? I still don’t see why she couldn’t ask her parents. So, aren’t you something on your mind? Just that this hotel is a different from the one I’m used to. It feels calmer. Well, calm is good for making donuts, right? No distractions. If you need a workspace, the kitchen and front desk are free. This space looks well cared for. speaks highly of the people who use it, right? I do love the hotel aesthetic. It’s just it’s so beautiful. But oh no, guess you’ll need butter. That spot lies on the banks of the uh Syon Canal. It’s close to the Justice Dojo. I no longer understand what Ana is trying to do. Do you? Uh Ana, could you let us in on what your plan is here? As you see, my donuts cause Hooper to experience a surge of mysterious power. With that power, Hoopa can use a move that will let us travel through this distortion. I wonder if the legendary she’s after is Zerora, but like technically Zerora is classed as a mythical, right? So, I don’t know. Can we read the sign here? Ooh, hyperspace mission 01. Okay, complete these missions to demystify the strange dimension that seems to be leaking into Lumio City. You can take on these missions alongside your main missions and side missions. So, change which mission has guidance enabled. Okay, that’s fine. Done all the missions anyway. So, we are just sticking to this. I really hope we get to fight like Mega Aquaza as like a boss battle. That would be sick, man. If that’s where it’s going. Oh, I’m so excited. I want to fight Hooper Unbound. I want to fight Mega Aquaza. Any new cool Mega? I’m excited. Maybe Primal Groudon and Kyogre if they show up. Kind of cool. Vinnie, did you join the Rust Syndicate? Guess it’s no surprise you big shots would have a lot of people asking favors of you now. People such as me, as it happens. Here’s the deal. There’s more weirdness going down Lumios and the ROS syndicates been looking into it. While the fine eggheheads at Quaico were studying the impact of that nasty business with the tower, they found something else. Their instruments picked up some weird weird readings different than Mega Power. Ordinarily, at Quaico, Inc. would investigate these abnormal readings on our own, but Vinnie and his colleagues have their hands full at cleaning up the mess from the tower, plus getting Lumios’s redevelopment back on track. So, the Russ syndicate agreed to help them out. After all, we got to protect our investments. I mean, our city. We start investigating and then what should pop up but that bizarre thing over Central Co Plaza. Now, I know you know I know you team MZ kiddos get tangled up in every little mess that crops up in Lumios. So, why don’t you go ahead and split everything you know for us. Yeah, about that. So, let me make sure I understand correctly. A donut from Miss Answer and a move used by Hooper allowed you to travel through one of those distortions into a space beyond it. That mystery space must have been where those odd readings came from. I think we can summize that the move Hooper used is hyperspace hole. H, an alternate Lumios access for a hyperspace hole. Would just call it hyperspace Lumios for now. Simpler than spilling that out every time. Now, let’s get to business. We’ve got to learn about hyperspace Lumio so that we can sort out the distortion of the tower. And to get into hyperspace, it sounds like we need two things. The Madam and her Pokémon. What that means for you, kid, is that you’d better get used to this little lady being part of the crew. Team MZ is going to need her if you all intend on diving in and investigating Hyperspace Lumios. So, I’ll get to the bottom of this. Good. Just don’t go putting the Madame Muzelle in any danger. Got it. Consider yourself in charge, FY. Your new job is to survey Hyperspace Lumios. All right, sounds good. Now, I’m sure scaring the city for distortion seems like a bit of a slo, which is why I prepared an upgrade for your map app. Ooh, so hyperspace distortions have appeared all over the city, serving as an entry point to hyperspace Lumios. They can be located using the handy icons on your map. All distortions close and new distortions appear at sunrise and sunset each day. Okay, so with your map app open, you can press uh back to hide other icons and show distortions only. Uh removing information unrelated to hyperspace distortion should simplify things and let you focus on your hyperspace work survey. Okay, so we press that. There you go. That one’s got like a mega symbol on it. Okay, level 105. Got some new Pokemon around as well, right? So, what? So, you saw how the space for information um on that distortion over the tower was totally blank. Yeah, it’s going to stay that way unless you get going on some good survey work, kid. Some other hyperspace distortions showed up on your map, right? You can start with those. A word of warning though, those things are probably won’t sit there waiting for you forever. So, what do you mean? They seem to phase in and out of existence. Consider that another quirk of hyperspace lumios for you to learn more about. As what else to study? We’ll tell you once you go through a distortion. And I shall put my all into making more donuts. Let’s run back at Hotel Z so I can resume my donut duties. Vaulty, we’re clearly just a rustic pawns here, but this research work certainly bears doing. Wonder said, “And we ought to look into the distortions for answer sake, too. These ought to be of some help in your research, faulty.” Oh, 20 ultra balls. Okay. I did buy a lot of balls before this, so I already got some stocked up, but maybe I should get some more. You got to learn all you can about Hyperspace Lumio, so everyone in regular space Lumios can breathe easy. So, get out there and show us what you can do. I’ll have Quaico, Inc. get word out to the public that we’re actively investigating these distortions. Then I guess we better get busy ordering up some more donuts from Chef Archer. Luckily got plenty of uh berries. Yeah, they used berries like throughout the the main game. So just got all these to kind of spare. [Music] You know, there’s going to be like some amazing donut you can make with, you know, certain uh free berries. [Music] Okay, got a few donuts. Wow, you make a mean donut. So, donuts level boost will increase the levels of all the Pokemon you Oh, okay. Increase the levels. This boost can provide an important leg up in battle against high level opponents in hyperspace Lumios. The donut energy Hooper receives from a donut will determine how long you can remain in hyperspace. You want to take this into account if you hope to take your time exploring Hyperspace Lumios. So, if you’re lucky, a donut can also provide special effects called flavor powers. These effects can provide a range of benefits from aiding your Pokémon in battle to helping you catch the Pokémon you seek. Consider your current goals when choosing which donut to use. Okay, that’s good to know. Oh, hey, Mabel. Get into the donut business. Guess you have to make your hotel stand out somehow. Oh, she’s got a scary look, but never mind the donuts. We’ve got a rare Pokémon here. I mean, it is very rare. Looks like Hooper, the mischief Pokémon. I’ve heard his mysterious loops can warp space itself. But let’s all hold that thought. Faulty, you saw some Mankey. I know they don’t live in Lumios, so when I saw you registered one, I was went poking around. People are chatting away online about all this hyperspace stuff. Now they’re hunched that it was connected to your mankey sighting. But I could get all kinds of fascinating data from Pokemon in hyperspace. You’ve got to get on it. Though, maybe I do feel a little bad about piling more work on you. A little. Anyway, the real point of my visit is I’ve powered up your Pokédex. Nice. I like Mabel. It’s a good character. [Music] Okay. So, the Hyperspace Pokédex. Press X in the Pokédex menu to switch between your Lumio decks and hyperspace decks. Okay. But you can’t wait to dive back in and get your hands dirty in hyperspace now. Happy digging. May I ask who that lively woman was? Mabel is an acting director of the Pokémon research lab. She gets us to do her research. She’s rather remarkable, but well, don’t worry about her. Getting back on topic, the next step to investigate Hyperspace Lumios would be to check out one of those distortions. Quite right. And I’ll stand by to prepare more investigatory aid in donut form. Okay. Find distortions on your map and dive through them to survey hyperspace Lumios. Okay. Wait. Uh, do I need to make more donuts? But let me [Music] maybe do that. Just get a strong one. [Music] I feel like maybe we’ll get stronger berries inside hyperspace. Maybe. [Music] Okay, let’s go. So, we want to just go Let’s remove that real quick. That’s bugging me. So, when you give Hooper a donut to eat, it will open up a portal that allows you to enter hyperspace. Check the description of each hyperspace distortion and choose the most suitable donut for that distortion. And off you go to survey hyperspace. As time passes within a pocket of hyperspace, Hooper’s donut energy will gradually be consumed. Once it runs out, you’ll have to halt your survey work and return to regular Lumios. You have to leave Hyperspace if you’re blackout or in defeat in battle. Okay. Uh, so we’re going to get a few minutes cuz it’s the first one. We’ll just do like 3 minutes. Now that you’re all set, allow me to formally send you a Hyperspace survey request with some tasks to accomplish while you’re in there. It’ make it easy to keep track of what you have to do in hyperspace Lumios. be a huge help if you could accumulate 7,000 points or so. That’ll move our research forward. You’ll probably have to visit Hyperspace Lumios a few times to get enough points. Okay, so it’s like the battle royale, but um yeah, for hyperspace. So, you get free survey tasks to accomplish. Check what you should focus on before you set out. By completing these task and earning points, you’ll help propel the work of Cabal and his team. So, yeah, good luck out there, eh? Do they constantly replenish or do I have to like pick up more? Or maybe it’s like just you get these free quests and that’s it until you leave and um go to a new one. We we do get a master board in the story, right, for this game for free at some point. I know you can get one from like um doing the infinite royale and stuff as one of the rewards, but I could have sworn I had a Master Ball and I looked I didn’t have one and I thought maybe I use on Dianci or Mewtwo, but I did not. Like before um DLC came out, I should have probably went ahead and got all the screws for the upgrades and grind a bunch of uh mega shards. Uh let’s go for that one over there. At least this game’s done side quests really well. That’s what I I really liked about Legends EA. Just all the side quest you can do. Stories were fun. There so much to do, man. Oh, hey, Beneri. You don’t remember me? Cuz I sure remember you. I do not remember you at all, but you were a big help of that big old Bener or Bunnelbee. But uh anyway, but anyway, the battle I could do back then uh was stand back and watch you battle the beast. Completely useless. That feeling lit a fire in my heart. I wanted to be just as strong as you are. That ain’t going to happen, man. Actually been working pretty darn hard since then. I realized I had to start over from scratch, both as a trainer and as a traveler. Now it’s time to see the results, Foxy. This time you’re going to battle me. I’ll show you what I can do with the team of buds I’ve built up big old bonds with. Okay, a big old battle. Oh, them legs. But uh getting chills. Or maybe these are pre- battle jitters. After going into the hyperspace. love mega Deiancy. I’m so glad I finally get to use it as well. Like Dianc is one of them Pokemon I just I never ever get to use. Like I play a lot of fan games obviously and I got to play one fan game out of all the ones I’ve played where I got Deiancy early like Mega Deiancy and just some of like my cool Pokemon you you very rarely get to use. Sometimes when you do get them in like games, it’s just like, oh, it’s at the end of the story. You want to use it through your journey. And now we get to finally use Dancy in this story DLC, which is nice. So, I think Mega Dancy is so so cool. Garbodori, we should probably switch. All right. sucks. That sh No, it’s not shiny. It looked shiny for a second. I don’t know what the shiny looks like. The orange look very different to me for a second. So, come on, Bumblebee. That bond is the biggest and greatest of them all. Let’s show them. Okay. Sorry, man. What a big old defeat. Yep. You got to admit, catching and raising all those alphas, that sure was a big endeavor, right? Honestly, kind of respectable. There’s just something about alphas. It’s like they’re overflowing with nature’s power. What if the whole world used to be overrun with alphas way back when? Can you imagine? I can definitely imagine. Played through it. But there’s so much to see and discover out there. It fills me with wonder. I was born and raised here in Lumios, but that wonder is what got me travel in the first place. Now, I know there are new discoveries still waiting for me, even back home. Sort of made me realize something. You know, doesn’t matter if you’re in some foreign land or your own backyard. Every day can be a journey. What’s important is what you get out of your experiences wherever you are. I think I’ll enjoy a bit more time here at home and see where the journey of life takes me. Thanks for the battle, pal.
