Don’t Buy The WRONG Mansion In the NEW GTA Online DLC (Complete Breakdown)
All right, guys. Welcome back to the channel. Today, we’re answering the big question, which mansion should you buy in the new GTA Online Mansions DLC? I’ve already bought the most expensive mansion, but all three options share similar interior layouts, so the real difference comes down to location, exterior, style, and price. Before we dive in, let’s take a look at the pre-luxury real estate website. Let’s select choose your property. There’s three in total. for the Tongva estate, which is the cheapest option going for a base price of $11.5 million without the discount. That is if you’ve done the new listings missions, of course, you will get a $3 million discount on your mansion. The second or mid-tier range mansion, which is the Vinewood Residence, for a base price of $12.2 million without the discount or 9.2 with the discount, and the Richmond Villa, the most expensive at a base price of 12.8 million or 9.8 million with the discount. Starting off with the cheapest option, we’ve got the Tongva Estate. Now, this of course is a base price of $1.5 million in comparison to the other two, the Vinewood Residence at 12.2 million and the Richmond Villa at $12.8 million. You can see from the exterior here, for the most part, it’s pretty similar to the other two. Got to say, the layout on the exterior is a little bit different. Like the fireplaces in that corner where I just showed a moment ago on the most expensive one. You can see for the most part pretty similar to the others. In terms of interior, they are all pretty much the same. A few different layouts when it comes to interiors, but it is a fantastic entry point mansion for this DLC if you’re tight on cash. So, the main trade-off here, of course, is location. It is a bit out of the way. It’s down the left side of the map by the coast. So, if you enjoy these views, I would definitely suggest you go with the cheapest option. if you’re strapped for cash or you don’t mind traveling a little bit further to get to the city of Los Santos. Next up, we have got the midtier Vinewood Hills location. Now, from the get-go, I got to say this kind of matches with the most expensive one. It it gives it a red hot run for its money. And you can see that comparing to the lower tier option, there’s quite a significant upgrade when it comes to exteriors. The interior is going to be again quite similar. Just the overall style and look or appeal is going to be rather different. But you can see here a bit more space on the exterior. A slightly different layout for the pool and the jacuzzi area as well, but you’re going to get a much nicer location. So, you’re going to be closer to the city, a cleaner overall presentation compared to the uh lower tier. And the interior layout is still the same structure. The vibe and the environment around it feel just that little bit more premium, I would say. So, if you’ve got a bit more to spend and you want something that feels upgraded without going all in, then this mid tier in the Vinewood Hills mansion spot is the sweet spot. And we’ve got the third option, the Richmond Villa in West Vinewood Hills. This is the most expensive mansion. And you can see it comes with the lobby, the pool, balcony, all of these main rooms. Uh, and this is the ultimate flex. You know, it’s the best location. It’s got the best exterior style, best view. Everything just feels top tier. And I’m biased. I do think the view is much better than the Vinewood residence. It’s got by far everything just you need everything in this location. Uh the interior layout again is similar to the cheaper mansions, but the overall feel of this one is just on another level. Again, I would say if you want the most luxurious experience and you’ve got the cash, this is the mansion to buy. And just a side note that if you do purchase an additional mansion, so you can buy more than one of these. Let’s say you buy a second one, you will actually gain another 20 garage spaces for each mansion. So that means if you buy three mansions, you’ll have an extra 60 garages or 60 car garage space across your three mansions, which is pretty cool. All of these mansions, of course, do come with pets. They also come with the option to do yoga. Comes with a piano. Your AI assistant is free as well. And you’ve also got the uh the makeup room as well as the tattoo area. There’s just so many cool features that actually just come with the mansion such as the cigar room, the media room as well. But let’s get into which mansions I recommend for you. All right, so if you’re on a budget, it’s quite clear get the cheapest one, you still get the full experience. The best value, I would say, is the mid-tier mansion, which is the Vinewood Residence. It’s the perfect balance of price and quality. But if you’ve got an extra couple of million dollars and you want the big flex, then of course go with the most expensive mansion which delivers the best location and presentation, and that is the Richmond Villa in the West Vinewood Hills. Since the layouts are almost identical, your choice really does come down to style, view, and how much you want to spend.
