Demon Slayer: Hinokami Chronicles 2 – Unlock All New Characters + Akaza Infinity Castle DLC Gameplay
All right, you guys. Welcome back to the channel. Here for some more Demon Slayer, the Hino Kami Chronicles 2. The third character from the season pass has finally dropped. Akaza from the Infinity Castle arc. We’re going to be doing this complete showcase going over his combos, supers, ultimates, all the crazy cinematics. So, his new ultimate is going to be called Blue Silver Chaotic After Glow. I am ready for this. You already know we have to make things movie accurate over here. So, we’re going to be going up against Tano and Guillu. Without further ado, please make sure to drop a like on today’s video. I’ll greatly appreciate it. And let’s jump straight into it. I just really admire this character. I was rooting for him when I was watching the movie. Everyone else was rooting against him, but this is the goat Akaza, right? Woo! Check out his fighting stance, dude. He has like a plethora of different fighting stances, right? And I think he even does that one Goku stance when he activates his surge. I know it’s a common martial arts stance, but hey, as a Dragon Ball fan, everything’s from the anime. No, I’m playing. Okay, so let’s just go ahead and start things off with his basic combo string. Oh, yep. I can see the blue afterglow. All right, this is going to be the square combo. It does a stun animation for the last input, so you can obviously follow up with the dash. I mean, you can do that with every single character pretty much. Um, let’s go ahead and use the aerial combo string follow up with the knockdown. Oo, okay. Very fast-paced warrior, right? Very fluid. I like the consecutive flurry punches he does. Something I already noticed. Okay, there it is. Never mind. So, he still uses the combination of kicks and punches. I mean, he’s just a draw type warrior all around, but so far pretty dang nice. Go ahead and use the down combo string. See how this is like. Oh, the leg drop. And I think demons, they have two additional supers, right? The L1 bumper just because you can’t go in with a teammate like the other characters. Let’s go ahead and perform the grab. I like that. The backhand to the face is disrespectful. And then the kick at the end right there. Kind of nice. We’ll go ahead and use the L1 super attack destructive death air type. Okay, let’s see if we can use that up in the air. I’m assuming so just because it’s in the name. We actually can’t. So he jumps up into the air, right? So that makes sense. multiple keyblast barrage. And then we have the left bumper pushing the analog stick forward. It’s not working. Wait, does he not have one? There it is. Ooh, that’s probably going to cover some big distance as well. Let’s try that. Yeah, dude. Rock Lee with the hidden lotus. Look at that. All right. What’s the technique called? It’s super long name to it. Destructive death leg type flying planets thousand wheels. That is absurd. Who’s coming up with these names? Do we have like an additional input? We don’t. Let’s see if we can follow up with a basic combo string though. We can. Wow. All right. And again, this is going to be the basic one. Yeah, we can follow up with the combo string as well. Now for the traditional super attacks, triangle inputs, explosive flurry. Okay, let’s see if we can connect that after the flurry kicks. Yeah, we can. The style points second to none. Oh, you can connect two of them. Dang, that is devastating. That’s one and two. They have to be close to the wall though because that’s kind of preventing them from flying away. Okay, now we have the second super attack. Destructive death crushing type. These l names are so long. Can’t even read them all at once. 10,000 leaves flooring fists or flashing willow. I can’t read. So, does it do additional damage when you use it up close? It doesn’t. it. This is actually somewhat similar to his other super from his previous form. Right? He does the strike up above and then comes directly downward now. We have the third super attack when we guard. Oh, that has to be the coolest one so far. Destructed death eight layered demon core perform this after a combo string. Yeah, the consecutive punches probably my favorite ones to be honest. >> Let’s see if we can connect the two. We can. What about the third? Oo. Okay, that’s going to be the kick. I’m just experimenting out here. Do this. Oh, wa. You can cancel out of the super into a secondary super. Did you see that? Oh, that’s epic. Okay, let’s go ahead and do the aerial strike. Yeah, since the distance is great, you can just use your third or fourth super after the consecutive energy blast barrage that he does. Okay, let’s see if we can go ahead and perform all three of them at once like to connect them. Don’t think that’s possible. I think I want to perform the Okay, never mind. I think we just have the one consecutive punches. Perform that after the basic combo string right here. >> Yeah, that’s nice. Try that once more. Woohoo. Just trying my best to connect all the flurry kicks. Right. Okay, now we have the surge mode. Ooh, that electrifying aura. Probably like the coolest demon slayer character in my personal opinion. My favorite upper moon for sure. But did you see that stance? This is what I was talking about at the start of the showcase. He does that iconic Goku stance. Again, this is a basic martial arts stance, but you know what I mean. I learned it from Goku. Speed increased 10folds. Perform that cinematic cutscene. Oh, dang. He does the compass needle within his combo string. Of course, you do have to activate the surge mode. And I like how we have this hint of purple over the blue. Do you see that? We don’t have that undergoing his original form, but with the surge, yeah, everything’s just increased. The strongest being, nobody can defeat him. I mean, obviously Tano did. Dude, how many times did they chop off his head? Aaz like two times. And he still survived all of that. They had to nerf my boy Aza over here. He destroyed his own self, man. Hey, hey, as an Akaza fan, I wouldn’t have it any other way. You know, him destroying himself, you know, going for stop being a demon, you know, he he basically wanted to stop all that to go with, you know, her friend or whatever it was. Okay. Okay. Let’s go ahead and use the ultimate move. The surge chaotic afterglow. Oh. All right, dude. Did you see that final cut scene right there? Best ultimate in the game, perhaps. So the name of the technique is called technique development final form blue silver chaotic after blow. Yeah. And yeah the cut scene itself. Look at all those aas. Dude, this is his last resort technique, right? He he was starting to panic a little bit and he was like, “Nah, I can’t have this dude destroy me again.” So he used this emphatic strike. It’s just consecutive strikes one after another. And again, Cyber Connect 2, they just cooked with the cut scene. Oo, I like how it’s super flashy. Fireworks going off in the background while he’s just completely obliterating the opponent. You know what I mean? Ooh, that downward strike. Yeah, the start of the ultimate is great where he does like the five hits. Okay. >> Yeah. And then it’s not over yet. You’d think it it stops right there, but no, he goes again. So, this time I’m going to stop talking over here and I’m just going to try to listen to the sound design. It’s in the name, bro. Super chaotic. So, we’re going to have the player’s health set to 10%. Just before we can get that uh final cut scene to it. ULTIMATE Art Finish. That’s what it’s called. So, we’re going to return to the menu and we’re going to do this actual one v one. I’m hoping for the opponents to switch in or it can be this true Aaza versus Tanido and Guillu. Uh this time we’ll start off going up against Guillu just because that’s how the movie went off. >> I’m definitely looking forward to the fourth Infinity Castle character. And I I’m not entirely sure if this is 100% confirmed, but I think Tano is going to be the next one. It could be Shobu or Dou. Not 100% confident on that. BUT LET’S GO, GUILLU. See if we can get this epic showdown in. Woo! Performing all the bombos into the Shambos. The coolest character, man. Ah, yeah. Escape from all of that. Cool. They got the tonal assistance. Use the L1 super. Oh, I did not have enough. I used it to skip the combo string. Yeah, this is not good. I’m taking max damage right now. Okay, we’re going to do the down combo. He saved him. He saved him. All right. Escape. Use the evasive. Oh, it consumes two bars to use the evasive. Not cool, bro. Oh, they summon two above. It was two against one right there. Oh, everyone strike from above. We ain’t playing, buddy. We ain’t playing. Oh, he’s almost down for the count. Oh, parry. Oh, no. Do this grab. Whoa. Whoa. Yeah. I wanted to get this cinematic finish. I’m glad I I went with the grab. Okay. One W. >> Dude, they fought like three, four, five different times. They fought and then they took small break, you know. to include the dialogue, Akaza’s monologue, right? And then they kept on fighting. It was multiple battles like nice counter. Aa versus Guillu at first, then Aka versus Guillu and Tano, and then Aka versus Tano. But Akaza man, as I said before, true warrior, infinite stamina out here, dude, being a demon just gives you all the power ups. Not going to lie. Okay, I do have my ultimate, but I don’t think I’m going to use it just because I want to activate my surge mode. >> Okay, we’ll just go ahead and go down here conserving all my special moves just so I can connect all of them at once. Come on, switch over to Tanido. We need to fight both warrias. Well, at least he is switching domain from time to time. Good counter. If I lose this, I’m bad of the game. I mean, I’m already bad the game. That’s pretty dang evident if you ask me. But now we’re locking in. Focusing up over here. Mhm. Ah, retreat. Aa, get out of there. Oh. Oh, dude. I’m down for the count. OH, WAIT. I think I might survive this just because that was a pretty lengthy combo and you know when you use the ultimate at the very end of the combo string doesn’t necessarily do that much damage. I’m still alive. I told you. I told you. Get over here. I have to make this count, bros. No, YOU SAVED HIM. OH, WE STILL GOT HIM THOUGH. We still got him. I can’t I’m guarding like crazy over here, bro. Come on. I have to win this. Oh, did we win? Please. The one centimeter of hell with the victory. Shadow clone jutsu. >> Finishing cut.
