Fallout 4’s most TRAGIC DLC Character #fallout #fallout4 #falloutnewvegas

Old Longfellow is one of the most tragic companions in Fallout history. A hunter in Fallout 4’s Far Harbor DLC. Old Longfellow lives in Mount Desert Island off the coast of Maine. When he was young, he loved and planned a future with a girl named Hannah until the children of Adam attacked them, leaving Longfellow for dead and abducting Hannah. It took months for him to recover, and when he did, it was too late. Hannah had been brainwashed by the Adamites and was fully converted to their cultic ways. On top of that, he learned that she had been pregnant and that the radiation that she now worshiped had killed their child. This gave Longfellow a deep hatred for the Church of Adam, especially upon learning of Hannah’s death by the hands of the cannibalistic trappers. He spent much of his time drinking at the last plank and occasionally guided people safely through the radioactive fog. He gained a rival in a fog crawler called the shipbreaker. Longfellow hunted it again and again, but it always escaped. Everything changed when he encountered the soul survivor, who was sent to ask his help in passing through the fog. Longfellow leads the soul survivor to Acadia and can then join him as a companion. Together they can get some well overdue revenge on the Church of Adam, as well as finally defeating Shipbreaker.
