    1. I have absolutely no doubt. The Division 1 & 2 are great games and have only gotten better with time.

The Division is both super popular and also super underrated

    2. Gerighty is a very talented guy, but he’s also a big time hype man so it’s very likely we’ll see many of these big statements out of him over the next couple years. I don’t expect this one to launch until Christmas ’27 at the absolute earliest, with ’28 being significantly more likely.

    3. Awesome definitely looking forward to it. Probably have over 1000 hours from the 1st 2 games.

    4. Better have survival mode . Can’t believe they left it out at launch of game 2 – was so lazy

They need to find a captivating world again Division 1’s snowy New York was stunning and one of the reasons why I played it. DC in the summer just wasn’t as captivating as a setting not to mention it didn’t look as good

    6. They have had two games to learn from and mistakes made from both launches. Hopefully they have a good roadmap laid out and can deliver on it. But it might be better to hold off till some patches come out. We shall see how the development goes.

    7. Great games. The Division 1 specifically is still one of the best looking games of all time. It stands up next to new releases. They nailed that atmosphere.

    8. This sounds crazy to say but I hope the graphical demand isn’t too ridiculous.

I tried playing Star Wars Outlaws (another Massive game), and it overheats my console like crazy. More than any game I’ve ever owned and I can’t even play it.

I know it needs cleaned, but still…Div 2 still looks great. No need to go overboard lol

    9. The end game of Division 2 is boring. Not a fan of replaying the same missions over and over.

FYI they just released a 60 FPS update for Division 1 if anyone feels like revisiting it

    11. I’m happy people like this franchise. I think the world building seems sick and it’s probably one of the coolest Ubisoft IPs because of it but I friggin hate the progression enough to not play. Having your level scale the damage done to enemies takes me right out of the game, it’s the same reason I stopped playing assassins creed when origins came out.

I’ve put many enjoyable hours into the franchise. The Ubisoft label follows them around like a skunk’s stink.

      I loved the first Division.

I was hyped when the game was initially announced and they really nailed it.

New York was a great setting; it was a bit haunting without being scary.

I thought it could have and maybe should have been a bit more scary and of course the bullet sponge enemies were a bit too much.

But the dark zone and PvE was solid imo.

Arc Raiders kind of scratches that itch.

Never got into 2, not sure if I’ll play whatever the new one is.

The only concern I have for games like this is that whilst the predecessor has been receiving updates for years, devs seem to release the next game with almost *none* of these fixes in mind. We end up with a sequel that tends to be worse in more ways than it is good, for reasons that they’ve already fixed in prior series entries. Always really frustrating. Hope it lands

I hate looter shooters and bullet sponge enemies (without a good reason aliens, mutant, undead, etc) but there’s something really satisfying about the gunplay and gameplay loop of this and that was enough to get me through campaign and DLCs. Can’t pay me enough to PvP in an RPG though.

    16. Hopefully they improve on the dynamic open world faction system. I’ve still never seen a game do that as well as TD2.

    17. I have faith because I really love the first 2 Divisions. But I always have a voice in my head reminding me this is Ubisoft, and I pretty much hate every other game they make.

The Division felt like it has so much detail, and depth, and thought put into it. Every other Ubisoft game feels like an empty world of rinse and repeat.
